I am so very very conflicted about this review. First of all, that definitely is my fault that I chose this location. I did not have a car and did not think that a walk to the beach is so uncomfortable, an hour at least and 30 min at least by highway decending from the mountain. Elevation is significant. Had to take a car many times, thank god guest house had one. 10 euro each travel, to the beach and back. The nearest small shop is still 30 minutes from the guest house. The real plus of this place is the view from balcony and from the pool, although the pool is tiny and is used by several other guests, including children. But they are all tiny here, it seems. Now, for other unpleasant things. Initially, it seems like room is comfortable, big, new furniture, everything, kitchen, bed is very well. But it all turned out to be not so comfortable at all. The TV did not work at all. Manager got down to fixing it only the next day and still I could not watch cable only Youtube and Netflix (my accounts). So, TV is busted. Bathroom is strange, faucets are very unusual, very hard to turn and so it is very hard to mix water properly. Moreover, you cannot stand in the bath to have a shower, because the hose is too short, you can only lie in it, that is weird and uncomfortable. Kitchen does not have electronic tea pot, but does have coffee machine for some reason. It is said that you can drink the water from kithcen sink, but even after I boiled it, it had weird residue in the glass. As for the cleaning, it was bad! Because I got sick, during those days I asked not to disturb me, but after I got better it is like they decided not to clean the room at all. It is only by request it seems and even if you request via whatsapp to manager, they foget to vacuum, refill minibar, replace coffee shots, shower gel, soap or even put the toilet paper!!! I was so tired to request them to re do/deliver what they did not, that by the end of the stay I completely gave up! No bathrobe or disposable slippers at all as well. Also, it was initially said to me by the administrator that I can order breakfast, use minibar, pay for transfer etc. at the checkout, which is standard. But then I was asked not 3, but 4 times to do it at the moment. And always problems with the change. Did they think that I was going to run away with the money?? That is not an adequate attitude, in my opinion. Breakfast is very/very mid, not worth it. Costs 15 euros. I got sick and also ordered homemade beef broth to the room - that is the single least delicious soup I have ever tasted. So the food is bad. Overall, 5 for the view, 2 for everything else, the mean is 3 at best. Perhaps for Montenegro that service and comfortability is fine/5*, I am Russian and this is overall 2/3 at best. Never going back!

Плюсы: 1. Идеальная чистота. Апартаменты действительно очень ухоженные и чистые — это главный плюс. 2. Есть всё необходимое. Нашлась нужная кухонная утварь для готовки. 3. Удачное расположение. До пляжа близко, рядом с домом есть магазины — с этой стороны всё удобно. Минусы (на которых держится весь отдых): 1. Постоянный шум с дороги (24/7). Окна выходят на трассу, спать с открытой форточкой невозможно. На террасе тоже не посидеть из-за машин. 2. Слышимость как под микроскопом. Кажется, что соседи сидят в одной комнате с тобой. Особенно ”повезло”, когда заселилась горячая парочка — у них всю ночь был очень бурный ****, и звукоизоляция от этого не спасала. 3. Ремонт со 2-го этажа. С утра до поздней ночи там скребут, сверлят и что-то делают. Мешают не только ночью, но и днём. 4. Негде нормально поесть. Полноценного стола нет. Журнальный столик очень маленький и низкий — за ним неудобно обедать. На террасе не поймешь, так как там тот же шум машин. Итог: Апартаменты очень чистые и уютные, если смотреть только на картинку, но из-за дороги, ремонтников и соседей я не высыпалась совсем. Подойдет только тем, у кого беруши встроены в голову, или кто планирует приезжать только переночевать под маской сна.

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

Sehr freundliches Personal und wir hatten keine Probleme. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit erschwinglichen Preisen.

Die Lage ist super, ganz in Strandnähe, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt zahlreiche Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants sowie Obst- und Gemüsestände in der Nähe. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber und verfügt über einen Balkon, einen Föhn und einen kleinen Wäschetrockner. Schade nur, dass es kein Duschgel und Shampoo gibt.

Das Zimmer selbst ist großartig, abgesehen von ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Erstens wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, es wird nur der Müll geleert und die Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Eine Reinigung alle 3-4 Tage wäre wünschenswert, da der Boden sehr schmutzig wird und es unangenehm ist, darauf zu laufen. Außerdem fehlt Hilfe beim Abwaschen usw. – das wäre wirklich hilfreich, wenn eine Reinigung angeboten wird, sollte dies auch erledigt werden. Auch Blackout-Vorhänge fehlen, da das Licht morgens sehr blendet (aber das sind Kleinigkeiten). In der Küche fehlen ein paar Dinge zum Kochen: eine Reibe, eine Pfanne, in der nichts anbrennt, und ein Schneidebrett für Gemüse (aber auch das ist nicht kritisch). Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend, sehr nah am Strand und allen umliegenden Geschäften. Das Zimmer selbst ist ebenfalls sehr gut renoviert. Wenn diese Punkte behoben werden, wäre diese Unterkunft unschlagbar!

Нам супер понравилось расположение, путешествовали на машине и данные апартаменты для этого подошли идеально. Удобный выезд на главную дорогу, крытый гараж, где всегда есть свободные места. И в целом расположение в центре всех достопримечательностей. До Свети Стефана можно дойти пешком (около 40 минут), до Будвы (старого города) около 1 часа по набережной. В номере все довольно просто, но все есть) Девушка администратор заселила нас раньше, так как номер был готов к заселению уже в 10 утра (вместо 15:00), все показала, рассказала, моментально зарегистрировала в системе, прислала фото регистрации. Спасибо ей за теплый прием, мы остались очень довольны. Из минусов пожалуй, это только обновить посуду (сковородки старые и покрытие уже все слезло, на таком готовить нельзя уже. Тарелки требуют или замены или тщательной мойки в посудомоечной машине). В октябре была очень приятная цена на проживание. Рекомендуем! Черногория приятная визуально страна, все очень понравилось!

Schöne Wohnungen! Wir haben mit unserer Unterkunft sehr glücklich geblieben! Perfekt alles! Neue Gäste, saubere, geräumige Zimmer, super bequeme Lage, kostenfreies Parken!!! Und getrennt dank dem Besitzer, sehr sorgfältig und aufmerksam, machte unser Ruhe sehr komfortabel!!! Alles notwendig ist!!!! Folgen Sie den Obst-Shop, viele Geschäfte, bequeme Transport-Wechsel, in der Nähe! Ich empfehle diese Wohnungen, komm zurück!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt verlängert und war von der Wohnung begeistert. Sie ist geräumig, hat hohe Decken, viel Licht und eine mehrstufige Beleuchtung. Der Busbahnhof ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Uferpromenade, die Altstadt, Cafés und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden: Geschirr, eine türkische Kaffeekanne, ein Bügeleisen, ein Föhn, eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Handtücher. Wenn Sie in der Wohnung sind, kommt das Reinigungspersonal vor Mittag, um den Müll abzuholen und nachzufragen, ob Sie etwas benötigen. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und der Vermieter ist jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

Проживали несколько дней, поселили в апартаменты не с самым лучшем видом (на стенку соседнего отеля), с маленькими окошками, было всегда темно. Просили переселить- нам говорили, что все занято. Потом мы перепутали даты выселения и уехали в город гулять, нам написал отель, что мы должны выселиться, приезжаем в срочном порядке обратно и видим такую картину: все наши вещи в мусорных мешках стоят в общественном коридоре. Нет матерных таких слов, чтобы описать то, как унизительно было забирать вещи. Да, мы виноваты, что перепутали время выселения, но мы приехали в 12 часов (выезд до 10) , заселения новых жителей в 15, точно ли это требовало таких мерзких поступков со стороны отеля? Я думаю нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, парковка стоит 1500руб ночь, что тоже странно, если у них своя парковка почему нельзя ее сделать бесплатной, как во многих отелях. Не берите обычные апартаменты, обязательно берите с балконом или выше классом иначе вы будете жить в темнице с видом на соседний отель.
