The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

The homestay apartment is located in a fantastic spot overlooking the water. There's plenty of eateries and shopping in the area. Taxis and didi drop off near the entrance. The room was spacious but needed a good clean. Mole and stains were visible everywhere. There's was a strong stale smoke smell in the apartment. Please note this place does not have a reception. You need to call them from the ground floor and they send someone down to collect you. This is common in China, but it's hard if you don't speak Chinese. We arrived from an overnight international flight and although we had WeChat, we struggled to communicate. Through the help of a young Chinese lady, she helped us check in.

本來貪圖離口腔醫院近，但入住全程不舒服，下次不會再來。是在租房小區裏面的公寓，一房一廳一廚一衞還有個小陽台，設施齊全但我們衹住一天用不上。小區有個側門壞了，外來人員都可以隨意進出。小區對面就是工地，一早開始施工有點吵。第二天一早就發現走廊堆滿了材料，才知道公寓還在裝修中，並不是完全體。入住需到小區大門口的前台登記，並不是同一棟樓，如果下雨就不方便了。要旅客按民宿系統自己登記和刷人臉，所以並不是酒店。地下室味道很重，我愛人受不了要吐，全程捂鼻子。第一次前台好心給我們沒人入住過的房間，但發現根本沒有做開荒保潔，房間都是灰，洗手枱都是臟污，桌上還有油污。換到隔壁房間，衞生好了點，但屋裡可能剛裝修不久，還是一股味道，而且衞生間一用水，又是一股味道。衞生間牆壁並不是貼磚，是塑料板，不知道是不是塑料板有味道。剛加客服管家微信就發了車牌，但第二天出去發現並沒有給我錄系統，微信沒回，電話佔線，後面車子被我堵着，最後衹能直接退回車庫等錄車牌。回房間要退房，發現密碼鎖進不去，一會失效錄不了或是密碼錯誤，前台還是堅持讓我輸入舊密碼，但根本沒有用，也沒有人過來幫忙，折騰了十來分鐘，最終發來了新密碼才順利退了房間。

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos; ich konnte einfach mit meinem Handy und WeChat einchecken. Die Zimmerausstattung war hervorragend, mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und einem doppelten Kleiderständer – sehr praktisch für mich. Wir wohnten im 55. Stock und hatten trotz der Höhe eine tolle Aussicht. Direkt im Erdgeschoss des Hotels befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, sodass man von dort aus bequem andere Orte erreichen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Anreise: Das B&B ist weniger als zehn Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Es ist recht kostengünstig, hier als Durchreisender zu übernachten. Die Gemeinde ist relativ abgelegen. Wenn es Ihnen also nichts ausmacht, machen Sie einen Umweg. Da es in der Nähe des Flughafens und weit weg von der Stadt liegt, dauert die Fahrt mit Bus und U-Bahn zwei Stunden in die Stadt. Am Ende habe ich 240 Yuan für ein Hin- und Rücktaxi nach Sanfangqixiang ausgegeben. Obwohl es etwas teuer war, Ich war mit den Snacks und der Landschaft zufrieden. . Service: Der Service des Ladens ist sehr freundlich und bietet einen Abhol- und Bringservice vom Flughafen (das ist es, was wir am meisten brauchen). Ich war schon einmal in einem solchen Hochhaus, daher war ich weder vom Check-in-Prozess noch vom fehlenden Kellner überrascht. Der Vermieter hatte mir gesagt, ich solle im 50. Stock oder höher übernachten, aber ich konnte nur im 18. und 21. Stock übernachten. Das kam mir etwas unehrlich vor. Dieses Apartment ist zur Vermietung gedacht, daher sind einige Annehmlichkeiten unnötig. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gut, aber das Problem ist, dass es schon seit einiger Zeit baufällig ist und viele Bereiche verrotten. Diese kleinen Mängel sind nicht weiter schlimm, wenn man sich nicht daran stört. Ich denke, das Wichtigste an einem einstöckigen Hotel ist die Sorgfalt des Reinigungspersonals. Ich habe an manchen Stellen viele versteckte Taschentücher gesehen. Insgesamt habe ich in den Twin Towers gewohnt, um den Wohnraum im Hochhaus zu genießen. Wenn meine Erwartungen nicht zu hoch wären, hätte ich das akzeptiert. Auf dem Bild sind eine kaputte Wandverkleidung, ein kaputter Toilettendeckel und eine fehlende Türspülung zu sehen.

Perks: In der Nähe eines großen Einkaufszentrums, Komfort Geschäfte Galore, viele erschwingliche Orte zu essen, sehr nahe der U-Bahnstation, gibt es einen herrlichen Park 5~7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung. Viele öffentliche Fahrräder zu wählen (obwohl mit einem ausländischen Pass nur die blauen Fahrräder namens Hello Fahrrad sind verfügbar). Das Zimmer ist wunderschön, mit der Hälfte des Zimmers mit Fenstern ausgestattet. Bei der 17. Etage ist die Landschaft wunderschön. Sie können die schönen Berge um die Teile des Gebiets sehen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, mit einer Kessel verfügbar, 2 Flaschen Wasser, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, kostenlose Toilette. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach in der Küche. Komfortable Bett. Es gibt einen großen Schrank mit vielen Hängern. Kostenlose Waschmaschine ist ein PLUS! Unterseite: Bei der 17. Etage dauert es Alter, bis man nach oben und nach unten geht.. Sie müssen in der Warteschlange, um die Aufzüge zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist laut (der Regen selbst, wenn sie die Fenster berührt), die Nachbarn (Ich glaube nicht, dass die Nachbarn besonders laut waren, nur das Gebäude mit dünnen Wänden und Decken/Flooren): Sie können das Kind oben laufen hören, Die nächste Tür ist nahe der Waschmaschine, es gibt auch eine Maschine (kann nicht herausfinden, was es war), es macht einen lauten Lärm 24/7, wie ein Kessel.

Big TV in living room and Bedroom. Big shower room with strong hot water. 4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests. Gym is on level 7, quite small and old Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor. Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff. Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.

Room is spacious and clean. Good to have washing machine provided. Location is convenient as it is near the Xiamen north railway station. Lots of eateries downstairs. Overall value for money. Happy to stay again next time.

This is the landmark of the Xiamen city. View is superb and neighbourhood is nice with Lot of young people. I booked High Rise apartment but for some reason I got apartment in lover possible level. It’s more than 50 floor high building but I got room in 18th floor. As well room size was Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.
