Sehr komfortables Hotel in Stadtnähe. Das Hotel ist neu gebaut, alles ist neu. Mein Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und nicht zu eng. Wenn Sie einen weiteren Schminktisch bereitstellen könnten, wäre es okay, da es neu ist. Die Sauberkeit ist okay, aber es ist immer noch ein Hauch von Zementstaub zu spüren. Vielleicht könnte es sauberer sein und ein Wischmopp könnte den Staub entfernen. Ich war sehr überrascht, dass mein Zimmer einen 60-Zoll-Fernseher hatte, sehr groß, die Klimaanlage war auch sehr kalt und der Preis war sehr günstig. Hoffentlich kann der Eigentümer die Sauberkeit und Qualität beibehalten, und der Preis ist auch günstig. Trotzdem gebe ich 8,5 Sterne!

First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work. Gründe für die geringe Dienstleistungsbewertung: 1. Wirt hat nicht mit mir Kontakt über Buchungsinformationen aufgenommen. Ich muss ihnen eine Nachricht schicken, um eine Buchung zu fragen, die ich bereits bezahlt hatte. 2. Wird eine RM200 Einzahlung benötigt, die mein Freund, der mit einem anderen Wirt auf genau derselben Lage gebucht hatte, nicht verlangt. 3. Nach der Vorzahlung am Morgen bei 10.30am und der Bereitstellung aller anderen angeforderten Informationen reagierte der Gastgeber nicht, um zusätzliche Informationen wie die Einheitsnummer und Pin-Code zur Beschaffung der Zugangskarte zu geben. 4. Am 5.00 Uhr, als ich endlich zum Gebäude angekommen war, hatte ich noch keine Kommunikation von dem Gast erhalten. Ich hatte versucht, ihre Servicelinie zu rufen (+601157651449), aber niemand antwortete auf die 6 Anrufe, die ich gemacht hatte. 5. Im Postfachbereich hatte ich auch einen anderen Besucher gehört, der sich auch mit ähnlichen Problemen konfrontiert hatte, wo die ihr angebotene Pin nicht funktionierte und dass sie auch nicht von dem Gastgeber beantwortet wurde. 6. Wirt angeboten spät checkout, das ich nicht benötigt, da ich früh am nächsten Morgen weg war. Das Gebäude ist relativ neu, aber die Anzahl der Aufzüge passt nicht den Bewohnern, es gibt viele Gelegenheiten, wo wir mehrfache Aufzüge zu überfahren, da es überzogen wurde. Die Einheit selbst ist sauber mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen.

Sehr schönes und komfortabeles Haus zu bleiben mit Familie und Freunden. Wir können die verlorene Welt des Tambu-Parks vom Balkon sehen. Kann die Feuershow auch in der Nacht sehen. Zum Park nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Komfortladen, Bila Bila Mart gerade am Boden. Die Anweisungen für den Eincheck sind wirklich Details und leicht zu verstehen.

Neues Hotel- großer Wert für diejenigen, die nach Ipoh reisen. Sie werden ein Fahrzeug benötigen, um umzuziehen oder zumindest verwenden Sie greifen. Das einzige, was ich kommentieren wollte, ist, dass das Personal sich verstecken sollte, vor allem wenn sie krank sind. Als ich ankam, sah das Personal wirklich krank aus und hatte nicht auf seiner Nase hängen. Alles das geschah während der Bearbeitung meines Checks. Es war traumatisch für mich. Das Hotel sollte auch Handsanitäre bieten. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, aber die Betten sind ein bisschen zu hart. Jeder Bedarf sollte mit zwei Kissen kommen, auch diese Einzelbetten.

The room was comfortable and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was quite simple.

Just have short trip to Taiping. Room really small. Barely space to walk. Suitable for couple only. For family with kids ithink not suitable. Bed is comfy. The duvet really thin. The downside of the room is the lighting too bad. The light like orangy color. Hard ti to make up with the lighting.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

I booked this particular room for its direct pool access and the bathtub. Pros: The room was clean, the shower water pressure was strong, the bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well throughout our stay. Front desk staff was friendly. Cons: The actual room felt smaller than what was presented in the photos on the booking page. There is no on-site food service, and breakfast is not provided. When we enquired, hotel staff encouraged us to order food delivery instead. It would have greatly enhanced the experience if the hotel offered breakfast by the pool for guests. We chose this property expecting a true hideaway experience away from the city. However, having to source our own meals elsewhere was inconvenient and detracted from the overall stay. Considering the price paid, the experience did not feel worthwhile, and we regretted the decision.
