The hotel location was very convenient within 15mins walking distance from some of the main attractions. The stay could have been better if we were not assigned to a room beside the ongoing renovation work which is noisy and fills our room with strong lacquer fumes which smells harmful.

The staff were all friendly and gave us service with a smile. Although, we hoped that there would be a way to make the room warmer, we felt too cold. We have already shut down the AC but since there is centralization of AC, the coldness from the lobby and next room seeps in our room. The staff was kind enough to send us the maintenance guy but he couldn’t do anything for us. Also, we saw this property from Agoda.com and it was stated there that there was complimentary airport transfer but actually there was none.

The hotel is very basic. The reservation team will need improvement as I called in to get them to do some minor changes on my booking but was not getting an email from them until I write in to check on my booking and they replied which i noticed that my email address was spelled incorrectly even though i repeatedly spell out the email address for more than 3 times. The towels given was with stains and face towel was not provided until i requested for it. Overall experience was pleasant and location is convenient as they are some eateries around that served good and decent food. In conclusion, while I enjoyed the overall experience and would consider staying again, I hope the management addresses the lapses in the reservation process and housekeeping service. With these improvements, this hotel could truly offer a seamless and exceptional experience.

Convenient and overall good experience highly recommended. We enjoyed Brunei more because of the services offered by TCRS. Free shuttle to/from airport, very helpful staff, drop off and pick up to the must see places in BSB (the drivers are very nice esp Mr Boy who is very nice), good location close to these sites walking distance and the room is clean with good variety in breakfast. Easy to contact by whatsapp and email. Value for money, amazing 3 star hotel. The receptionist have good handover of work, you can book your trips and the next shift will deliver it well.

Brunei sollte vor Ort als gutes Hotel angesehen werden, aber aus chinesischer Sicht ist es wirklich nicht sehr einladend, ähnlich wie das Gästehaus. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist relativ alt, und das Badewasser ist besonders schmutzig (evtl. alle Rost innen). Die Gesamtausstattung ist grundsätzlich im Stil der späten 1980er Jahre gehalten.

The room is clean and has hot water but the building is old. When I arrived the elevater is under maintenance but they informed in advance when I requested the airport transfer so I could prepare my stuffs. Air conditioner was ok for me, cold. Not many inn around downtown provides airport transfer. Hotel staffs were very helpful and nice. It will be better if they renovate the hotel as they gave good hospitality.

Es ist in strategischer Lage und nicht so weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Personal ist hilfreich und Zimmer sind gereinigt.

The check in was easy the cost was affordable and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately the hotel is just a bit far away. Brunei is a lovely place but a little bit of lack of public transport and the walking paths aren't very comprehensive so sometimes to get into the main part of the of the city it can be up to an hour pong walk. Otherwise the hotel is great.

Das Zimmer, das wir bei der Ankunft erreicht haben, war nicht sauber. Es sah aus, als hätte sich nur das Bett geändert. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir auf ein besseres und sehr sauberes Zimmer upgradiert. Teil des Personals sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Andere Mitarbeiter nicht so nützlich und um Tipps mit Checkout, das scheint mir merkwürdig. Sehr freundlich und schöner Bootsservice zur Stadt mit ihrem eigenen Jet und Boot um die Ecke. Frühstück ziemlich OK (kontinentaler Teil ein wenig begrenzt). Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme und gute Erfahrung in diesem Hotel.
