The customer service is terrible, once booked the host never contact us to send check in info. We have to call the customer service last minute before check in to receive all the info. The unit doesn’t provide any cutlery and cleaning detergent. The sofa hand strange feeling while sitting on it, feels like sitting on a wooden bench.

Noisy when on the air conditioner! Can’t sleep at all! Toilet is improperly cleaned up. Too foggy during our stay, not sure what was the view from the balcony at all… ha… went back only after hopping at Genting Sky Avenue, Premium Outlets. Drove to the hotel was challenging/ quite dangerous due to heavy fog, raining and with narrow road. Suggest to reach hotel before night time with better visibility.

Worse Check-in Experience! Sleazy check in as this booking is not direct to hotel. It's an Airbnb manage by maple home group and their check in is the worse ever. Other guests also spend between 1 to 2 hours looking for the check in counter which they use a car and given and you have to walk around different towers and car park levels to look for them. Hotel lobby is for direct hotel guests booked thru the websites. All the booking thru here are under this Airbnb maple home group. They collect RM200 deposit from you when u check in and car park fees RM20 also need to pay as they are not under hotel. Location is very far away from the main Genting Resort and it's very dark deep inside. Don't be cheated, this place is a nightmares as you will be wasting your time to look for the car to check in. Worse ever experienced for guest!!

The location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job. The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long. - breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good, . Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there. Wouldn’t return here again.

Not good no front deck tables. So funny we need check in at car park. This is not hotel. This is apartment only.

I would like to share my experience that I never had before. This is a very radiculas experience during checked in & checked out. (refer as attached photo) 1) I have told by the staff via tel-communication to take lift to access 3rd floors at the car park. I shocked that I have to check in my room and took my room access card at the 'MYVI car' 🤨 They do not have a proper check in counter at the hotel lobby. Because of the check in area is based in the car park so the reception of the phone line was very bad during our tel-conversation .🙄 2) The bed sheets & the pillows case are dirty. 3) Sound insulation of the room was bad. 4) The small pool water in the indoor swimming pool is dirty. 5) Do not reserved parking slot. If you are return late from Genting Highland to the hotel. Unfortunately, the car park is full. Suggest you contact the person based on your booking details mobile number given to seek an advise. Please do not simple park your vehicle out of the line of the park slot, property management will clamp your car. 6) You need to pay for parking fees. First 5 hours-Rm7, subsequent Rm2 per hour. Therefore, we total paid RM26 for 2D1N. 7) RM200 deposit by cash are required during check in.

This residence and booking was taken as a airbnb. Redeemed our keys at a carpark, in a car. This residence is beyond imaginations and a peaceful place take away from hustle & bustle. A one place resorts tats has so many restaurants, shops, cafes. Indoor pool was the best, it was warm. Amenities : 5/5 Food : 4/5 Child friendly : 5/5 Convenient store: 5/5 Peace: 5/5 Room: 5/5 Picture worth place and awesome breath views of nature, mountains, sky.

I will not stay again in this unit...the sound insulation was terrible until I can hear the guest beside me were Malay,i can hear their conversation talking about their family issue...I can hear their alarm rang start from 4am , 5.30am,7am,8am....I hope I can upload video...My husband and I totally can't rest at all. The check in and check out process very lousy, no proper counter but at car park with a car..... The room cleanliness quite bad...a lot of stain on the floor.....
