하롱베이를 간다면 여기 호텔 강력 추천합니다! 26층 바다뷰 예약했는데 38층으로 더 좋은 곳으로 배정되었습니다! 호텔 안에서만 하루를 즐겨도 충분한 휴양이 될 것 같습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 해변이 있고 미니 야시장 같이 되어 있습니다. 같이 즐기고 싶다면 사람이 많은 주말 추천드립니다! 또, 무엇보다 호텔 맨 윗층에 인피니티 풀이 있어서 좋았습니다. 대부분의 호텔이 수영장 없는거 같은데 여기는 실내, 실외 수영장 모두 있습니다. 호텔 안은 깨끗하고 쇼파도 푹신합니다. 냉장고가 있어서 과일을 보관할 수 있고 간단한 조리 도구도 있습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 세탁도 가능하며 전체적으로 깔끔하고 아늑합니다. 호텔은 호텔측 운영과 개인 아파트식 운영이 있는데 저는 개인 아파트식으로 예약을 했습니다. 여기 주인분은 체크아웃할때 베트남 잠자리 장난감을 선물로 줬습니다! 정말 귀엽고 재미있는 추억으로 남을 것 같습니다.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch der Service ist von höchster Qualität. Ich freue mich darauf erneut hier her zu kommen.

Отель понравился. Находится на возвышенности. До городского пляжа примерно минут 10-15 пешком, столько же до парка развлечений, до порта минут 10 на машине. Встретили очень приветливо, персонал дружелюбный, помогает во всем, разговаривает на английском. В номере чисто, комфортно, есть все необходимое. На крыше есть небольшой бассейн, там же можно заказать кофе, соки, приятно провести время. Завтрак вкусный)

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Laden, der Kokoseis verkauft. Ich habe viele Tage nach meiner Rückkehr nach China darüber nachgedacht. Er ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Ausstattung: sehr gut Hygiene: sehr sauber Umgebung: sehr gut Service: Der Service an der Rezeption muss verbessert werden. Als ich auscheckte, bat mich der Rezeptionist, mich neben mich zu setzen und zu warten. Nach etwa 20 Minuten fragte ich, ob ich gehen könne. Der älteste Bruder hat gerade gefragt, wie viel das Zimmer kostet? Also habe ich auf die Einsamkeit gewartet?

I booked the place because it looked like there was a rooftop sunbed area, but I was a bit disappointed to find out it was under construction when I checked in. Aside from that, the location was great and the staff working during breakfast were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Erstaunlicher Pool und gutes Hotelsport. Sehr schöner Golfplatz direkt am Türsteig und gute Aussicht aus allen Zimmern. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Personal könnte mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Ha Long Bay ist nur eine kurze Taxifahrt entfernt, wenn Sie die Stadt erkunden möchten.

Es war ein tolles Hotel, weil es Spaß gemacht hat, mit einem Shuttleboot, das rund um die Uhr verkehrt, zur Insel hin und her zu fahren, und man vom Balkon aus die wunderschöne Landschaft der Halong-Bucht sehen konnte. Ich hatte Vollpension gebucht und war sehr zufrieden mit der Vielfalt an vietnamesischen Speisen und Früchten, die zu allen drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten wurden.

房間其實還可以的，但是還是有個情況，搞的很不爽 因為我這邊有三個朋友跟我們一起入住，在攜程上定的房間的時候，房間配置是一個大床加兩個小床，剛好是符合要求的。 但是訂完到酒店反覆確認，結果是酒店裡衹有雙床，沒有三床的房間，本來想重新定個房間的，又衹能在另外的樓層，感覺不方便，最後的結果是三個人擠在兩個床上，而且因為一個雙床的房間住了三個人，另外還被收了兩三百塊。 其實鬱悶的就是，我定的這個價格是按照三床的配置，實際上花這個錢卻衹有雙床，而且衹有一個房間 為什麼攜程上看到的房間配置與酒店實際配置不一樣呢？導致我下錯訂單，還多花錢，入住體驗打折
