Ich checkte am Montag um 15:15 Uhr ein und es ging schnell und einfach. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel liegt günstig neben dem KSL-Einkaufszentrum, in dem es viele Massagesalons, Friseursalons, einen Lotus-Supermarkt und viele wichtige Dinge gibt. Kostenlose Hausschuhe, Standard-Toilettenartikel und ein Minikühlschrank. Ich zahlte 52 $ für einen Aufenthalt (Kingsize-Bett) ohne Frühstück.

Double Tree by Hilton is a great hotel to stay. It looks classy and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. The lobby is big and modern, a good place for a drink or meeting up with friends. The location was good, a walking distance from City Square and Komtar JBCC, and walkable from CIQ.

It was my first time booking at New York hotel and I was very surprise of the service given, the room is huge and nice. Toilet is clean. The swimming pool is the best... its big and clean. Amenities is very convenient with good food in the hotel and surrounding the hotel. Its a 100% recommendation to stay here ... the free breakfast was superb. Theres a lot of choices on what to eat. Will definately come again.. as there is a very good massage place vmright veside the hotel and best thing is its all cheap..

Sehr sauber und komfortabel, gelegen sehr nahe an vielen guten Essen. Gutes warmes Frühling und Pool Einrichtungen.

Everything was great during my stay. The staff were very alert, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable—perfect for a good rest. The only area for improvement would be the toilet cleanliness, which could be better maintained. Also, the shower head is the older fixed type. It would be much more convenient to have a removable shower head, especially for families with kids or for guests who may not want to wash their hair every time. Breakfast was great too.. Will be back..

While the rooms are clean and the location is excellent, our stay was not perfect which caused by several issues. There is no free parking; hotel guests are charged RM12 per day. Furthermore, the parking is managed by a third party, and despite providing our car plate number to the front desk, the system failed to recognize it. This resulted in us being stuck at the gantry for over five minutes while waiting for the intercom staff to verify our payment. We wanted to show the intercom staff the parking receipt issued by the hotel, but he insisted to call to confirm. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the hotel’s advertising regarding facilities. Although a sauna is listed, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that no such facility exists. This was quite disappointing as it felt like false advertising.

Good place for a short stay. The biggest advantage is the location as it is within walking distance to JB Sentral and the customs. The room is spacious compared to a hotel and suitable for overnight trips. Self check-in was easy, just need to follow the instructions carefully. The only downside is the surrounding area is quite quiet at night and parking may be a bit confusing for first timers. Overall still worth the price.

Das Hotel ist ein schönes Apartmenthotel ohne Zimmerservice oder Lobby, geeignet für Familien, insbesondere mit Kindern. Der Platz ist sauber, wenn wir anmelden, und die Diy-Check-in ist mit guten Anweisungen ziemlich intuitiv. Für seinen Preis während des Nicht-Top gibt es wenig zu beschweren. Wenn es aber zu Spitze kommt, stiegen die Preise, und die Zahl der Gäste schafft einen Schlauch beim Aufzug Zugang zu den 39 Stock-Wohnungen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war ein Aufzug unten und mit nur 3/4 Aufzügen, die Wartezeit während der Ein- und Auscheckung ist sehr lang. Warmwasser die Dusche ist zentralisiert und überhaupt nicht zuverlässig. Aufgrund seiner Nähe zu KSL Mall, Größe des Zimmers und seine gute Preis während des Nicht-Top, ist es eine Empfehlung, aber nicht erwarten Perfektion hier.

Ich war zunächst skeptisch, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, um die letzten Bewertungen zu betrachten. Zu meiner Überraschung war nicht nur die Lage gut, das Hotelzimmer war auch in sehr guter Zustand. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt im Cel Hotel. Vergessen Sie nicht auch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Country. Vergessen Sie nicht, Bargeld RM50 als Einzahlung bei der Eincheckung zu platzieren, die bei der Auscheckung zurückerstattet wird.
