Das Zimmer war wunderschön und der Service des Personals war gut, aber das Zimmer war laut. Unmittelbar unter uns täglich schlug ständig, bis ich die Rezeption bestellte, sie zu stoppen. Ich konnte auch das Gespräch in voller Höhe für die beiden Nächte, die wir dort waren, um 11:00 Uhr abends hören. Das Bett war aber erstaunlich und die Einrichtungen gut, aber das Geräusch lässt es einfach ab.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht abgelegen, es ist gut zu finden, aber es gibt noch ein paar Minuten Fahrt vom Kanti Lake entfernt. Es gibt ein größeres Supermarkt, der sich in wenigen Minuten umgeben ist. Sie möchten den See und die Landschaft des Sees sehen und dieses Hotel auswählen. Aber der Verkehr am See ist relativ überfüllt und das Autowasser ist sehr scharf am Abend, aber das Hotel ist relativ ruhig. Außerdem ist das Zimmer zwar groß, aber wie das Bild zeigt, der Raum ist verschwenderisch, sehr leer, es gibt kein Designgefühl. Die Einrichtungen sind auch veraltet und die Hygienebedingungen sind allgemein. Der unendliche Pool des Hotels ist jedoch relativ charakteristisch. Es ist Qingshan und Land, weil das Wetter nicht scharf ist. Das Frühstück ist in der Regel schwimmt, es ist nicht so beeindruckt.

A Hidden Gem – Perfect Honeymoon or Quiet Getaway This place is truly a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon couple or anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Travel tip: From Colombo, you can catch a direct bus to Nuwalapitiya. We didn’t know this and went via Kandy, which made the journey longer than necessary. If we had known, we would have taken the direct bus—it’s much easier. Ps:The bus ride is phenomenal—very beautiful views along the way and very cheap. The property is located on a hill and is naturally beautiful, surrounded by trees and birds whose songs make the atmosphere even more serene. It does get a bit cold at night, but it was the perfect kind of chilly—cozy and refreshing. Our room had an amazing view, making it even more special. The stay itself was perfect for our honeymoon: very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were amazing, especially one gentleman at the restaurant (I didn’t catch his name, but I want to mention him). He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly sweet and warm-hearted—it really made our stay special. A small note: we noticed the pool looked a bit dirty, which some other reviews also mentioned. However, it was clarified in the pool area that they use natural spring water without chemicals, so this is expected and actually a great eco-friendly approach. But This hotel needs some love because this is a very nice place. Another small note: there were some insects, like cockroaches, but that’s expected when staying on a hill in the middle of nature surrounded by trees. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!!

The hotel is nice, spacious beautiful room at check in we were treated to a refreshing juice. There is a big pool on the grounds and a big jacuzzi with hot water in the room.  Minuses of the hotel: Far from the attractions. Taxi from the center only go there for the price of pick me x2. Hotel taxi are 3 times more expensive. There are no stores and restaurants near the hotel, so inside the hotel prices for food x3, Also after 6pm it is dangerous to be outside because elephants are walking around. Now let's talk about the premium status and the five races. In 7 years of traveling, this is the first hotel that did not have a bathrobe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The plumbing in the shower leaks, and the doors creak so much that you could call the spirits at night. Regarding the attention to the customer. I mentioned my upcoming birthday in conversation with the manager, but this fact was not used in any way to show any form of attention from the hotel. This is a huge miscalculation on the part of the staff at a premium hotel. We also had a late departure and our request to delay in the hotel for a couple of hours was refused. This was not due to the arrival of new customers, as the manager offered to extend our stay for a fee. For future customers this fact may be decisive in their choice. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the service and flexibility of the staff, as well as individual approach to customers, does not correspond to the premium level and requires improvement.

Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels sind so, so wunderschön. Leider ist ihr Hotel nicht. Ich fühle mich fast gefangen, da viele der Fotos die Bar und Pool-Party-Atmosphäre hervorgehoben. Das war nicht der Fall - der Pool war eine anständige Größe, aber im Schatten und ich sah eigentlich niemanden in ihm. Die Poolparty-Shots, die ich sehr verdächtige, waren vielleicht nicht eine echte Quelle. Das gleiche gilt für die Bar, die massiv ist und von mehreren schönen jungen, langweilig gentlemen besucht wird, als ich beide Male auftauchte (einmal zum Abendessen) Ich war der einzige Patron. Noch keine Partyatmosphäre oder sogar Menschen - das ist eine Schande, wie es eine große Ort ist. Glücklicherweise war die nächste Tür ein weiteres Ort für einige anständige Cocktails und Musik, die die Mühe etwas retteten. Das Schlafzimmer war eine anständige Größe mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank (aber nicht funktioniert), das Badezimmer war klein, fühlte sich schmutzig, keine Handsaft oder Seife für die Dusche (außer den übrigen früheren Bewohnern - und das war grob). Der Druck war schlecht, was die Dusche schwierig machte und es gab Plaster auf dem Boden von einigen Schäden - nicht gereinigt. Das Bett war massiv und komfortabel mit Klimaanlage und ein Fan so gut schlafen. Schließlich, und wiederholen, waren die Mitarbeiter wunderschön. Sehr Gastfreundlich und die Lage ist etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Heiligen Zahntempel und Kandy Lake. So großartig Lage. Ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben - nein. Ich würde gern den Besitzern und der nächsten Tür für einen Cocktails hello sagen - vielleicht!

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hat alle Einrichtungen und Toiletten (nur die Slips fehlen). Es hat Heizung anstatt Klimaanlage, da es meist hier kalt ist. Zentralisiertes Steuersystem ist ein Plus. Waschraum ist vergleichsweise viel kleiner und nur die Grundgröße. Cons: Das Hauptsache war die Führung, die schlecht war und die meisten nach nur den lokalen suchten, wie wir von unserem Fahrer erfahren. Beim Check in der Zimmerschlüssel funktionierte nicht 3 mal und sie müssen einen technischen Mann anrufen, um das Problem zu lösen, das eigentlich das Problem in der Zimmertür war, aber sie haben uns das gleiche Zimmer gegeben. Wenn wir morgens zum Frühstücksbuffet ins Essen gehen, waren es nur 4 Satzungen, die auch sie entscheiden, ob sie geben wollen oder nicht. Für jede Anfrage war es ein Nein, auch wenn wir bereit sind, für das gleiche zu zahlen. Für das Essen hatten wir zusätzliche Sambhar gefragt, die sie nicht geben können. Wir haben Sandwich oder irgendwelche Brote gefragt, die auch nicht verfügbar war. Aber nach einiger Zeit geben sie Sandwich an andere Menschen. Als wir sie konfrontiert, sagten sie es ist in einem anderen Essen, wir baten, nur Sandwich, die sie direkt verweigert, als wir sagten, geben Essen sie sagen, sie kommen nach 11. Nachdem er sich an der Rezeption beschwert und ihm seine Antwort vorwiegend verteidigte und letztlich erzählte, dass er mit dem Senior Manager diskutieren kann. Es war unsere Zeit, die Stadt wie im Wege zu verlassen, so dass wir den Ort wie es ist verlassen.

Nice stay but was disappointed with the reception when our driver’s accommodation was given to somebody else even though we checked in early and I personally ask the reception desk upon my arrival and he said they have vacancy. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Ich muss sagen, obwohl ich bereits gewisse Erwartungen an dieses Hotel hatte, hat es dennoch alle meine Erwartungen perfekt übertroffen. Das Design aus dem Jahr 1994 ist jetzt 32 Jahre alt, und die Natur ist buchstäblich in die Architektur hineingewachsen. Die Interaktion zwischen Ihnen und der Natur findet unmittelbar und in unmittelbarer Nähe statt: lebendige Ranken auf der schwarzen Pergola im Außenbereich, entspannt spielende Affen sowie Geckos und allerlei faszinierende Kleintiere. Es erinnert ein wenig an das Gefühl, in einem orientalischen Garten bei jedem Schritt eine neue Szene zu entdecken. Auch wenn die Fotos, die man hier macht, vielleicht nicht die sogenannten „Instagram-tauglichen“ Aufnahmen sind, ist das Erlebnis, sich darin zu bewegen, zweifellos besser als die Fotos selbst. Wer die schönsten Momente des Hotels erleben möchte, sollte vor Sonnenuntergang anreisen und bei Sonnenaufgang am Pool Fotos machen. Sie werden verstehen, was ich meine.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gross. Das Abendbuffet war sehr gross und hatte reichlich Auswahl. Das Essen war super. Nur war die Nacht katastrophal. Ich musste bei der Rezeption 3 mal anrufen weil um 1 uhr Nachts eine grosse Party mit Geschrei und Musik am laufen war. Die Rezeption hat ganzezeit gesagt das sie was sagen aber es lief bis 1:30. Katastophe ich habe sehr viel Geld für die Junior Suite bezahlt und hatte wenig Schlaf.
