I recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and found it very convenient, especially with the free shuttle service provided. The shuttle runs from Jinbu Station to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Yongpyong and Alpensia Ski Resorts. Just make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance —it's available on their website or at the reception counter. The breakfast selection was decent. What I loved most was the convenience of the in-house ski rental shop. We could pick up our ski equipment and suits early and have it ready in our room, making it super easy to head straight to the ski resort the next day. One area for improvement would be promoting other attractions in Pyeongchang, such as ice sculpture shows (if available) or other unique activities, to make the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for 5 nights, and it was a great stay for us. The location is convenient as it is near to ski and snowy land. We can also get food easily from the resort. The only inconvenience is that they don’t have laundry service or coin laundry.

No bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel. The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s. Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts. Overall 4 out of 5.

Lot of facilities around the hotel such as convenience store, restaurant and kids’ play zone. But KTX are always full during peak season and we have to stand throughout the trip in railway

Ich war glücklich. Es war ein sehr angenehmes und komfortables Ort. Die Berg- und Seeblick sind wirklich schön Es ist ein Ort, den ich wieder gehen möchte. Wenn ich hier gehe, werde ich dieses Hotel noch einmal besuchen.

Conveniently located near a variety of dining options Drawbacks The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging. Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities

The hot spring is amazing! But the resort can’t order a glass of wine, only bottle. The hotel in the middle of no where, hard to by walking to reach. And no restaurant around. Only hotel food which don’t have much options. No sure about the facility as windy day. The room is big with balcony but don’t have the bathtub for most of rooms.

Die Erreichbarkeit des Mangsang Beach war so gut, dass ich wann immer ich Zeit hatte, am Strand spielte. Ich war dort, um einen Aufenthalt zu planen, und obwohl die Thermalquellen alt wirkten, waren sie geräumig, die Saunaanlagen waren gut und sie waren sauber. Ich blieb drei Tage im Park Ondol, und obwohl das Zimmer klein und die Bettwäsche weich war, schmerzte mein Rücken, sodass ich es vom ersten Tag an bereute, das Bett benutzt zu haben. Mit dem koreanischen Frühstück in der Lounge im 7. Stock als Teil des Frühstückspakets war ich sehr zufrieden, allerdings war es etwas enttäuschend, dass es am letzten Tag auf ein Frühstücksbuffet umgestellt wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend, da es nicht viel zu essen gab, wie Hühnchen, süß-saure Knödel und gebratene Knödel. Die Anlage war alt, aber sauber und freundlich.
