For an older hotel the room was nice and clean. Two free bottles of water. For the price it was a good place to stay. The only thing that was bad was the low water pressure in the shower and no hair dryer. Breakfast was good.

Facility was very clean and smelled good. The front desk ladies were quick and very communicative. The room was clean, nice and spacious even for a solo traveler. The view I had of the lake was beautiful. I definitely would recommend this place and will be staying there more when I come up for trips

The hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14

Denken Sie daran, dass die Lobby des Hotels sehr groß, sauber und hygienisch ist und der Typ an der Rezeption sehr höflich und enthusiastisch ist! Eine gute Erfahrung

The service was great, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I love the hotel! The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to add recycling bins in the rooms or perhaps on each floor in the main corridor. This would allow customers the option to help sort our garbage and trash (plastic, paper, cardboard), especially since the rooms do provide bottled water.

優點：機場接送巴士很方便、及時、服務好；早餐是點的，十幾刀可以吃得很好；環境還不錯，大堂很大氣，附近有麥當勞和big boy快餐 缺點：暖氣聲音太響了，睡覺時千萬別打開 總結：性價比不錯👍

Die Angestellten an der Rezeption und im Service waren alle unglaublich! Das Essen im Restaurant war wunderbar!! Liebte den Pool und den Whirlpool! ! Die Lage war in fußläufiger Entfernung zu allem, was wir sehen und tun wollten. Toller Aufenthalt !!

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und mit dem aktuellen Markt von fairem Wert. Der einzige Rückschlag war Sonntagmorgen ca. 8AM, die Feueralarm ging aus und dauerte mehr als 30 Minuten. Da alle im Parkplatz waren, konnte ich nicht auf dem Büro checkout oder Kaffee für meine Reisen.

Zwei Doppelbetten, das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück umfasst eine leichte Mahlzeit im Sheraton Club, die kostenlos ist, und ein relativ reichhaltiges à la carte-Menü und Buffet. Die Lage ist recht praktisch. Insgesamt ist es sehr bequem.

Beim Einchecken habe ich das Doppelbettzimmer auf der oberen Etage für 25 Dollar aufgewertet. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr interessant und die Aussicht ist gut. Das Hotel als Ganzes ist alt, aber die Wartung und Reinigung werden gut gemacht. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Geschäftsviertel Millennium Park und dem Geschäftsviertel Michigan Avenue entfernt.
