Fantastic hotel for anyone who drive. Free Car park with lots of spaces. The facility is very clean, spacious room, both indoor and outdoor hot spring. Really there is nothing to complain in this hotel. It is located in a fairly decent neighborhoods and able to provide this standard of hot spring is phenomenal. One of the best stay we had in this journey. Highly Recommended.

Das JAL Hotel war wie immer hervorragend. Das große Badehaus mit Kohlensäurebad und kostenlosem Eis am Stiel ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, aber es kann ziemlich voll werden, daher ist es am besten, früh dort zu sein. Die Bar bietet lokalen Reiswein sowie Rot- und Weißwein an. Es war sehr beliebt, viele Firmen hielten ihre Jahresendfeiern dort ab. Die Lage ist auch top, direkt über der JR-Station.

Es ist sehr nahe Toudaiji & Nara Park. Allerdings ist es etwas weit von der Station Nara Kintesu, würde es etwa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß dauern. Das Zimmer & Gebäude ist sehr sauber. Ich empfehle das höchste Hotel, Sie können die schöne Aussicht sehen und es würde eine exotische Atmosphäre in der Nacht geben.

Meine beste Beurteilung ist für die Dienstleistungen sowohl in der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant, vor allem für das Personal aus Nepal und Max aus Indonesien. Vielen Dank für den ehrlichen Dienst und Geduld an meinen nackten Jungen, er vermisste dich viel und versprach, nächstes Jahr wieder zu sehen, um dich dann zu sehen. Für mich ist die Soundproofing-Effektivität wirklich nicht freundlich, ich wache durch die Autogeräusche außerhalb viel Zeit im Nite 😭

A question to think about, ‘What makes a hotel a luxury one?’ To me, it’s luxury because of the hospitality of the staff, quality of the property and the food they provided totally exceed travellers’ expectations, and as a result, we would love to pay more for the experience. Some staff really tried their very best to help me during my stay while some just didn’t. Upon arrival, I tried to communicate with the staff that I’d like to cancel my third night’s dinner because of the change of my plan. At first, I booked six meals in total and I’d only want to cancel one dinner and they said I needed to pay 100% for the cancelled meal because they have already bought the ingredients. Okay, I tried to understand that because they had already taken away my credit card and there’s nothing I could do about that and I thought it must be a very nice meal and that’s why they insisted that. Disappointingly, the portion was so small and paying the same amount of money I could get so much better food in 虹夕諾雅 or any other five star onsen hotels in Japan. As a result, I went to bed feeling hungry and eating the snacks I bought for myself :( The food portions are like a bento instead of a proper meal. ) Also, the Western style breakfast was so overpriced and the avocado in the omelette was not fresh at all. One more thing to note is that the complimentary champagne service they provided to their guests. It’s a nice experience but maybe I’m just a lady travelling alone and I couldn’t speak Japanese at all, the waitress didn’t serve me the same way as she served other people in the cafe. When all of them got two glasses of free drinks, one cocktail and one champagne, she only gave me one champagne and didn’t offer me the cocktail. And the day after, there was a nice staff who served me properly and I finally realized that I am entitled to two drinks. (Sigh)The experience was like buying a Chanel bag. The bag was pricey but the chain of the bag just suddenly fall apart while you are using it for the very first time. My advice is: Don’t use their catering services especially for the in-room dining plan. There are so many better choices out there in the city. The room and the service of the staff are great tho.

Ich möchte in die nahe gelegenen Berge gehen, und es ist ein schwieriger Ort, um Unterkunft in Osaka und Kyoto am Wochenende zu finden. Es gibt auch einen Wanderweg, aber der Zeitplan wurde aufgrund der physischen Stärke und Wetter am Tag geändert. Es war anders als der Zeitplan, weil ich am Nachmittag angekommen und am Morgen verlassen habe. Nach dem Regen verließ der träumende See am Abend einen Eindruck auf mich. Die Unterkunft Carni nutzt elektrische Autos, aber die Transportkosten sind teuer, und es gibt keine Komfort-Lager in der Nähe, oder Restaurants offen am Abend, so ging ich nach Ikoma Station, aber es dauerte 30 bis 40 Minuten von den Treppen. ㅠ (Mein Knie) Es ist besser, zu essen und zu shoppen im Voraus. Die Unterkunft war auch hoch, so war die Aussicht gut, und der heiße Frühling war gut, um eine Stunde zu buchen. Kein Englisch, ich empfehle, einen Dolmetscher zu verwenden.

This hotel is located in between the two train stations. It is on a busy road, but the sights are walkable. The room was large, and it was great to have a sitting area and space to relax. The furnishings are worn and dated. The onsen is a nice feature at the end of a long day. As were the free drinks in reception in the early evening. We enjoyed our stay.

El lugar esta en una ubicación privilegiada, dentro del parque, si te gusta la naturaleza es lo mejor que vas a encontrar a un precio justo, la habitación estaba limpia y bastante grande con mesita y dos sillas, y aire condicionado y ventanas que (por lo menos la nuestra) dan hacía el parque, muy tranquilo y no hay ruido por la noche! Esta a 20/30 min caminando del centro de Nara, però si quiere también hay bus cerca cada hora o media hora no recuerdo bien! Hay cocina compartida en una nevera, que puedes utilizar din problema, una mesa grande, lavadora y secadora de pago a 300yen si no recuerdo mal! En resumen para nosotros un lugar que recomendaría a mis amigos!!
