Wie üblich erhielt ich einen großen Service von Hilton, als ich in die Lobby von DoubleTree, Agra einstieg. Der Lobbymanager war fantastisch, meine Frau zu helfen, einen Blick auf den Abend Taj Mahal zu nehmen und mir zu helfen, dringende Ausrüstung zu besorgen. Im Restaurant Nord 27 war der Service ehrlich und sehr Gastfreundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich, um die indische Küche zu erklären und zu genießen. Lily und Biaki waren fantastisch und liebevoll und fanden mich erstaunt, sie waren noch trainiert. Sie können sie kaum schuldig und sie waren wie kleine Bienen, die um uns herum fliegen, um uns zu dienen und unsere Speiseerfahrung hervorragend zu machen. Sie müssen es dem Restaurantmanagement geben, sie machen eine tolle Arbeit! 🐜 a

Der Aufenthalt war komfortabel , Ich blieb mit meinem Bürokollegen, war dort für eine Geschäftsreise, Imagine Situation, wo eine Person im Zimmer kann klar sehen, die Tätigkeit des Badezimmers durch die Schiebetür, es war sehr beschämend und braucht sofort Aufmerksamkeit

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out! Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better.

Amazing place to stay n loving staff mainly Pem, Ravi ,Prachi n Jyothi Thanq for your hospitality n making us so comfortable Very near n clean n near to all the amenities near by Food n breakfast also awesome Used their hotel cab service also good n price also reasonable n it’s worth n feel safe if ur tourist n also no need to have a guide also Can request the room environment of our choice quiet , near lift or away etc Over all very good if i have any membership or any rewards u can check staff have lots of patience to hear us n provide the details Thanq again

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Agra! The hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious. A big thank you to Dheereendr for his outstanding service — he was always friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra!
