Amazing place to stay. Staff members are very kind and the place is super clean. Hotel arranged tours are also really nice.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

Ich habe hier ein paar Mal geblieben und hatte sehr komfortable Aufenthalte. Zu dieser Gelegenheit war das Hotel Gastgeber einer Veranstaltung, und sehr laute Musik wurde bis 3.00 Uhr gespielt. Ich bat den Manager, sie zu bitten, die Musik zu stoppen, aber sie weigerten sich, etwas über die Störung zu tun. Viele Leute klachten, aber das Hotelpersonal konnte nicht festhalten und die Musik ausschalten. Ich hatte am nächsten Morgen um 8 Uhr einen Flug und es hat meine Arbeit am nächsten Tag beeinflusst. Sehr enttäuschend, die Situation von dem Manager zu behandeln.

The place was very cozy and comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had great food. The location was also excellent. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay.

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt, in der Nähe der Altstadt, es gibt nichts in der Nähe. Reisen kann nur Tuk sein. Wenn Sie das Hotel an der Tür treffen, eine Fahrt von 100 Rupien, und dann hoffe ich, Sie in den Laden zu ziehen, gehen Sie einfach. Das Hotel ist in der Mauer, die Ausstattung und die Größe der Zimmer sind dem Preis angemessen, insgesamt gut, Service, Mundgeruch. Die ITC Mughal war ein unglaublicher Aufenthalt! Wir haben die ganze Welt seit den letzten Monaten reisen und das Bett in unserem Zimmer war weitgehend das Komfort von ihnen alle! Seien Sie sicher, um das Peswhari Restaurant zu überprüfen. Der Lammschack und der Black Daal müssen versuchen!!! Unglaublich! Auch gibt es tatsächlich 2 Schwimmbads, ignorieren Sie die zentrale und den Kopf zum Pool neben dem Spa, so viel schöner!
