Check in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.

Ein wunderschönes Gebäude mit historischen Verbindungen. Das Badezimmer war gut, mit tiefem Bad und guten Hauptwasserdruck. Aber das Schlafzimmer brauchte ernsthafte Aktualisierung. Keine Hauptbeleuchtung im Schlafzimmer oder Halle, nur in Seitenleuchten an das Bett und eine Standard-Lampe auf alte modische runde Pin-Plug im Halle. Ich musste einen Torch bewegen um das Schlafzimmer. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht, obwohl das Personal einige Manöver gelang, um es zu arbeiten, was ich nicht replizieren konnte. Restaurant war ok, aber der Standard eines vernünftigen pub, nicht ein schönes Essen. Das Menü war etwas seltsam - Steak und Chips, Fisch und Chips Style oder ”Vergiftungspudding”, was eine riesige stolze Pasta mit über kocht trockenes Fleisch in der Innenstadt. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schön, aber zu dunkel in diesem Zimmer auch. Sechs Schalen und Marmalades in offenen Kisten ohne Möglichkeit, zu wissen, was sie waren, und keine kleinen Gerichte, um sie zu Ihrem Sitz zu nehmen. Service beim Frühstück musste gesucht werden, niemand auf der Website. Frühstücksbacon war unsöhnlich - vorher gekocht und dann wieder aufgewärmt. Insgesamt ist es ein faszinierender Ort, aber es braucht eine große Gesamtheit und eine Überprüfung, was sie bieten.

We absolutely love staying at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa and honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when we’re up here. I first stayed here in 2015 and have been coming back and forth since. I have family close by but we always end up staying a few days at least at a time and going on some adventures with our little one. It’s the perfect location for us. It feels like a real home from home for us every single time. The hotel is always welcoming, and has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool is a huge favourite for L he absolutely loves it and always gets so excited to go swimming during our stays. It makes such a difference having facilities that he can truly enjoy. What truly makes this place stand out though is the staff. They deserve so much recognition for how amazing, helpful and hardworking they are. Ram, Marie, Luke, Nathan, Chris, Marie, Jason, Dan, ana, faouzi, Abby, Emma, Angel are just a few names to mention, & Phil the chef was 10/10 especially as we have allergens but every single one of them goes above and beyond. They are always friendly, helpful, warm, and genuinely care about their guests. They are especially wonderful with L, which means the world to us because of his additional needs. They make him feel comfortable, included, and happy, and that level of kindness is something you never forget. It’s rare to find somewhere that consistently delivers such amazing service, but this hotel does exactly that every time. We always leave happy and already looking forward to coming back. We also had a lovely girl called Chloe who was housekeeping and she made sure we had everything we needed.  This place deserves to be rated so much higher because it truly is a gem. Thank you to all the team for making every stay so special for us

Das Bett war schrecklich hatte eine schreckliche Nacht die Matrix war so verkleidet es vollständig zusammen, als ich auf dem Bett saß. Als ich es an die Empfangsbestätigung berichtete, informierte die Dame mich, dass sie ersetzt wurden, aber für uns nicht bald genug! Sadley wie alles andere war ok

Nachdem ich mehr Hotels vor Ort unterbricht, ist hier der beste Preis, und es ist viel besser als anderes Haus, stark empfohlen 😊

Schönes Hotel, sicher wieder bleiben, aber nicht in dem Zimmer, das mir gegeben wurde, Ich hatte e-mailt und im Voraus für einen unteren Stock angerufen, da ich 2 Miniatur-Dachhunds habe, Ich war sehr überrascht, am sehr oben von 6 Flugen von Treppen ohne Aufzug zu sein ! Rechtssaal nächstes Mal .
