"The homestay apartment is located in a fantastic spot overlooking the water. There's plenty of eateries and shopping in the area. Taxis and didi drop off near the entrance. The room was spacious but needed a good clean. Mole and stains were visible everywhere. There's was a strong stale smoke smell in the apartment. Please note this place does not have a reception. You need to call them from the ground floor and they send someone down to collect you. This is common in China, but it's hard if you don't speak Chinese. We arrived from an overnight international flight and although we had WeChat, we struggled to communicate. Through the help of a young Chinese lady, she helped us check in."

"The streets outside were super cute, it gave a feeling of a more realistic industrial Chinese experience, the restaurants were cheap and made absolutely delicious food, and there is a gift shop at the end of the road where you can buy some tea cakes or dried fruit. There’s also 2 bottle stores in the area if that tickles your fancy. The didi to the airport also only takes around 6-8 minutes and that’s by far the best thing about this place. The rooms are meh, I wouldn’t be happy staying there for longer than a few days, but for a one or two night sleeping spot it works fine. Could be better cleaned especially under the bed and couches, and the plugs and cables need some TLC, but otherwise for the price it’s not terrible."

Ich ging vor dem Frühlingsfest zum Wuyi-Berg, umrundete den Gipfel und buchte drei Zimmer. Nachdem ich zuvor so hohe Bewertungen gelesen hatte, dachte ich, es könnte sich um eine Fälschung handeln. Nach meinem Einzug erfuhr ich die Wahrheit. Es war wirklich gut und machte seinem Namen alle Ehre. Ich habe dort auch zu Abend gegessen und es hat gut geschmeckt. Die Einrichtungen sind vollständig, sauber und die Umgebung ist gut. Es gibt auch einen Schach- und Kartenraum und eine Teestube. Ich werde hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Wuyishan gehe. Vielen Dank, Chefin, für das kleine Geschenk! Voller Herz! Ausstattung: Komplett und neu, das Zimmer ist groß und sehr sauber.

The front desk service staff of the hotel is very intimate. I stayed for several days and traveled to China. There are many interesting places nearby. It is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street when I go out. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is clean and hygienic, the lobby is elegant and comfortable, the geographical location is very good, and the afternoon tea is delicious. Come again next time

Schöne Lage und die heißen Frühlinge waren schön. Romantisches Zimmer und die private Heizung auf dem Balkon war ok Die einzige Widerstandskraft war, dass sie westliche Kreditkarten nicht akzeptieren und Sie nicht auf einen westlichen Frühstück warten sollten. Aber das Frühstück war immer noch gut, wenn Sie chinesisches Essen schätzen.

Ich hatte keine Ahnung, was ich erwarten konnte, aber es hat mich wirklich beeindruckt! Die Fitness-Studio stand sicher heraus, die Ausrüstung war so glatt und gut gepflegt, leicht das beste Hotel Fitness-Studio, das ich in einer Zeit benutzt habe. Was wirklich den Unterschied machte, war das Team. Jeder, mit dem ich gesprochen habe, war unglaublich freundlich und willkommen, was den Aufenthalt persönlich und warm machte. Das Team hielt sich freundlich, teilen Sie Richtungen und lokale Tipps und Erkenntnisse. Von Reisezeiten bis zum Teilen von Karten konnten sie nicht freundlicher gewesen, zu helfen. Das Zimmer war freundlich und komfortabel und ich persönlich schlief wirklich gut (besser als zu Hause!) die Lage funktionierte auch für mich gut, ich fand es ruhig und gut verbunden. Es war eine stressfreie, angenehme Erfahrung, in diesem Pan Pacific zu bleiben und ich plane, wieder zu bleiben. :) Danke dem Pan Pacific Team für das Über- und Überschreiten der besten Service und Pflege. Ich möchte gerne einen besonderen Dank an Joey, Lundy, Freda und Bruce, die meinen Mai-Tag-Ferien gemacht haben, kann Ihre Woche das Beste bringen! 🌷 ☕️ Wenn Sie dieses Hotel betrachten würde ich sagen, dass die Erfahrung des Hotels zu seiner Gunst und es ist charmant. As a mom travelling with my two boys, (16 and 13) we had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our incredible host Xianti (XT), his lovely mother, and the entire family. They were exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit. We stayed in the Triple Family Courtyard Room, which was not only beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Despite our late arrival, we were still able to order a meal from the aunties and wow, the food was outstanding! In fact, we ended up having lunch and dinner there every single day because it was just that delicious. Every meal felt like a lovingly prepared, home-cooked feast. We also had the pleasure of taking part in a tea ceremony, which was a serene and special experience. The tea was exquisite, and it was a lovely way to connect with the culture and surroundings. Another highlight was the recommendation to see Impression Da Hong Pao a next-level show that left us absolutely amazed. What made it even better was that our host arranged the tickets for us and had them delivered to the villa, so thoughtful and convenient! If you’re still hesitating, don’t! We can wholeheartedly recommend this villa. It truly felt like a home away from home in China 💖 and was the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Wuyishan mountains. Es heißt, dass es sich früher um ein staatliches Gästehaus handelte und die öffentliche Umgebung im chinesischen Gartenstil gehalten ist. Inschriften belegen, dass es sich um einen der zehn besten Entwürfe der 1980er Jahre handelte. Ich hatte das Gefühl, an einem malerischen Ort zu wohnen, und die Inneneinrichtungen waren im Stil eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in den 1990er Jahren. Schlafen Sie nachts beim Quaken der Frösche ein. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und umfasst westliches Gebäck und frisch gemahlenen Kaffee. Der Küchenchef kocht vor Ort Nudeln und Omeletts.

Wir haben das Hotel während der Sommerferien drei Tage lang besucht und waren von dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis begeistert. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mitten im geschäftigen Stadtzentrum, ganz in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man läuft etwa 10 Minuten zur Zhongshan Road und ist mit dem Bus in etwa 10 Minuten an der Xiamen-Universität und dem Nanputuo-Tempel. Von unserem Zimmer mit Meerblick konnten wir die Statue von Zheng Chenggong auf Gulangyu sehen, und abends bot sich ein wunderschöner Blick auf die beleuchteten Twin Towers von Shapowei. Definitiv eine Top-Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Xiamen. Die Lobby des Hotels ist sehr stilvoll und raffiniert eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass Handtücher und Badetücher in speziellen Beuteln verpackt waren – ein Zeichen für die Liebe zum Detail beim Housekeeping. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl, darunter viele lokale Spezialitäten wie Erdnusssuppe und Nudelsuppe, die beide köstlich waren. Auch das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sicherheitsleute am Eingang haben uns proaktiv beim Gepäck geholfen und Taxis gerufen, und der Concierge-Service an der Rezeption war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Pros: & Cons efficient check-in and checkout process Spacious comfortable 1 bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette, clothes washer, fridge, microwave, cook top. Big TV in living room and Bedroom. Big shower room with strong hot water. 4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests. Gym is on level 7, quite small and old Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor. Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff. Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der malerischen Gegend, sodass Taxis leicht erreichbar sind und ein Abholservice angeboten wird. Das Personal ist sehr höflich, aufmerksam und freundlich und ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Teekultur des Wuyi-Berges hautnah zu erleben. Das Hotelrestaurant bietet authentische À-la-carte-Gerichte und ein umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden wärmstens empfehlen; es war eine tolle Erfahrung! Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich außerdem ein westliches Restaurant namens Shanyue, das ebenfalls sehr gutes Essen und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside and front office staff partially speaks English. Staff was accommodating and tried to always help as fast as possible. The room itself was nice but for a hotel trying to pass as ”luxury level” I would have expected better cleanliness of surfaces in the room. A lot of dust and water spots on mirrors and the bathroom ”window”. Shower was also leaking a lot and within 5 minutes the floor infront of the shower was flooded. Staff did clean that up fast but the underlying issue was not fixed so when taking the next shower it was flooded once again as the sealing strip did not close entirely. You can see it is mostly nitpicking at this point but these details are the difference between a 4* and a luxury experience. I would still recommend them as these issues were minor.
