Ich denke, es war ein Ort, an dem man den Charme von Sapa in vollen Zügen genießen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich habe meinen gesamten Aufenthalt genossen. ❤️ Wenn ich die Chance bekomme, möchte ich auf jeden Fall noch einmal hin! Die Aussicht ist wirklich verrückt Da es etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt ist, sind die terrassierten Reisfelder und die Aussicht auf die Berge fantastisch.

My stay with Bamboo Sapa was nothing short of excellent from the time we checked in, which was about 5am to the time we checked out. All hotel staff were wonderful. We booked a tour that started at 8am and had to forgo breakfast for a little rest before. Thought I’d just grab a piece of bread and on the way in the cafe, a staff approached me to ask my room no. and sit me down but I explained that we had to rush off for a tour and wanted to just grab and go. And she insisted we packed some food. Got us a takeaway box and even packed us some orange juice to go! I knew immediately she was Julie from the many raving reviews I read about her, I recognized her immediately even though we have never met! Her reputation precedes her and I am amazed at how helpful and proactive she was. She helped with lending us an adaptor and a phone cable, recommended good restaurants and a driver to bring us around. A gem of an employee she is!

Exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel and you could feel that you’re being treated as a vip guest in this hotel by most staff. We were early before the check in time and room wasn’t ready yet. They pampered us with their hot chocolate welcome drink and offered to let us explore the 7th floor where their Instagrammable swimming pool is located. We accepted n loved it! It was empty as much guests have checked out. We booked the Classic Twin Room thru trip.com to celebrate our friendsary of 23years and we were spoilt by the hotel de la coupole mcgallery’s manager, Grace. She upgraded our room to superior twin room that comes with an extra balcony and gave us a lovely sweet treats and fruit platter 🥰🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥 The bathroom was huge and they even took special efforts to decorate our room. Special thank you to the team who put up this! Your exceptional hospitality surprised us n made it so memorable for us 🥹🤩🥳 Our room no. was 625 and we could see hues of the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was warm and cosy despite the cold winter. This was such an awesome staycation and memorable friendsary celebration. We went to the bar during 9+ for a drink and to take beautiful photos of it. So much to do if you love photo taking. Many more instragrammable worthy spots in the hotel lobby and 10th floor. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet on the 10th floor in their Chic restaurant. This hotel amazes me with their interior and details paid to their decoration. Astounding! Please take time to enjoy the breakfast and taking photos outside the restaurant. Would highly recommend this luxurious hotel if you’re here in sapa!

We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

Obwohl das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts nicht mitspielte, war unser Aufenthalt im Pistachio Hotel fantastisch. Es liegt nahe genug am Stadtzentrum von Sapa (Zugang über den ersten Stock). Die Rezeption befindet sich im 6. Stock. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir nicht viel mit ihm zu tun hatten. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht, bekamen beim Einchecken aber ein Upgrade auf das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon. Schade, dass wir keine Aussicht genießen konnten, da es während unserer 2 Nächte dort neblig war. Wir konnten uns die Aussicht nur vorstellen. Wir konnten auch die Seilbahnschienen von der Sapa-Station zur Seilbahnstation sehen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr modern. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Hotelfrühstück ist auch schön. Das Hotel stellt Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung, falls es regnet (je nach Verfügbarkeit). Der Infinity-Pool sah aus, als wäre er fantastisch, wenn nur das Wetter mitspielen würde! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Schönes Hotel - Service lässt Raum für Verbesserungen Wir kamen früh an und teilten dem Hotel etwa 10 Tage vorher mit, dass wir um 4 Uhr morgens ankommen würden. Ich rief die Rezeption an, die mich aufforderte, etwa 50 m zu Fuß zu gehen, mir aber nicht klar war, in welche Richtung es gehen soll. Nach 30 Minuten schickte er einen Buggy, um uns abzuholen. Ein häufiges Thema ist, dass manche Mitarbeiter nicht kommunizieren, wenn sie etwas nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können. Sie nicken nur und es ist wirklich schwer zu erkennen, ob sie etwas tun werden oder nicht. Lassen Sie mich einfach wissen, dass Sie es nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können – auch auf Vietnamesisch! Zumindest kann ich es selbst übersetzen. Nach drei Stunden Wartezeit in der eiskalten Lobby erklärte Lala den Vorgang und gab uns Klarheit über die nächsten Schritte. Sie war so freundlich, ein Upgrade vorzunehmen, da ich Geburtstag hatte und langsame Saison war, was ich sehr schätzte. Lala ist ein Juwel – sie kam vorbei und danach verlief alles wirklich reibungslos. Sie war fröhlich und klar in ihrer Kommunikation. Sie gab nützliche Empfehlungen und machte deutlich, was sie tun konnte und was nicht. Sie war wirklich großartig und wir haben ihre Hilfe sehr geschätzt. Alles in allem ein gutes, sauberes Hotel – etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber das ist gut so. Die Einrichtungen sind gut und reichlich vorhanden – Sie müssen wahrscheinlich nicht einmal in die Stadt fahren. Der Umgang mit den meisten Mitarbeitern, bis auf eine Handvoll, ist recht schwierig, da sie sich weigern, schlechte Nachrichten zu überbringen oder zu sagen, dass sie etwas nicht wissen.

We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

We booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.

Amazing stay at Sapa Town! The location is walking distance to the shops in town but not too near so much so that we can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place. Aliana hotel is the place to stay for when you visit Sapa Town not only their beds are comfortable, the room space and service is great! Kudos to Loang and the team at Aliana who speaks great English and provided excellent hospitality and service!

Auf meiner ersten Reise von Japan nach Vietnam habe ich Sapa und das Lady Hill Sapa Resort besucht und dort zwei Nächte verbracht. Es war das beste Resort, um die Müdigkeit der langen Reise loszuwerden 😊 Besonders die Sauberkeit der Einrichtungen, die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, das Essen und die Landschaft sind beeindruckend. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Blick auf das Tal und einen wunderschönen Blick auf die fantastischen Fansipan-Berge. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen, von traditionellen vietnamesischen Gerichten bis hin zu westlichen Gerichten, und alles war köstlich, aber das Brot war etwas ganz Besonderes. Es gibt auch ein Spa, einen Whirlpool, einen Pool, einen Fitnessraum und eine koreanische Sauna, die alle sauber und komfortabel sind und bei mir den Wunsch wecken, für immer zu bleiben. Die Lage ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Zentrum von Sapa entfernt. Die Seilbahnstation Fansipan Mountain liegt direkt vor der Tür. Das Zentrum von Sapa ist voller Menschen, sodass ich dank der Lage abseits des Trubels eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit verbringen konnte. Es ist kein Ort, den man sehr oft besuchen kann, aber ich denke, es ist ein Resort, das es wert ist, sich die Zeit zu nehmen, dorthin zu gehen. Empfohlen für diejenigen, die eine ruhige Zeit an einem Ort fernab des Alltags verbringen möchten.
