Das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Sobald Sie im Hotel ankommen, werden Sie vom Servicepersonal begrüßt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr schön und der Service ist sehr gut. Wenn ich etwas verliere, helfe ich Ihnen, es zu finden geduldig. Sie ist sehr geduldig.

The best value of this lodge, is the friendly and helpful service staffs. They deserve 5 stars. I booked Grab car for return trip but was cancelled by driver without any advanced notice. When I tried to book local Grab bikes and cars, no one answered. It made me understand that I was in jungle, not as convenient as in the city. While I was asking the lodge reception and ready for paying double cost to get a return trip, reception staffs discussed and called a private bus which costs VND120,000(around 1/10 Grab car cost) to Bien Hoa. I realized that they tried to help me instead of taking advantage of my transportation problem. What pure souls I met, thanks God! Anyway, if the owner of the lodge can read this article, please improve the problems I mentioned. I killed 21 mosquito in my room one night. I believe I could kill another 20, if I stayed another night. There's frequent motor rotation noise annoyed me whole night. If you can not remove the motor-driven machine, do you consider to make the room I lived a warehouse. The hotel has best location, nature beauty and excellent staffs, one single room should not become low quality burden of the lodge. The food is good, the same quality and expense as in the city.

Ein anständiges Hotel in der Mitte des Hustens und der Bustle. Keine AC in den Hallen oder Lobby, aber die Zimmer sind komfortabel, schöne Betten, Bettwäsche und vieles warmes Wasser. Mein Zimmer ist geräumig genug mit ein paar Taschen.   Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe und Vincom Mall 150 m entfernt. Es gibt einen anständigen Fitnessbereich, Dampf sauna und Schwimmbad auf dem Dach.

In diesem Hotel ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Sicherheitspersonal hingegen ist unhöflich und aggressiv. Ein Mitarbeiter verlangte von meiner Frau, ihren Motorroller vor 22:00 Uhr zu entfernen, obwohl sie als Hotelgast gebucht hatte und wir die Tiefgarage die ganze Nacht nutzen durften! Zwar gibt es im Hotel die Regel, dass nicht zahlende Gäste das Hotel bis 22:00 Uhr verlassen müssen, doch anstatt zu überprüfen, ob der Rollerfahrer ein Hotelgast ist, bedrohte das Sicherheitspersonal lieber zahlende Gäste. Wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder aufsuchen, da das Sicherheitspersonal offenbar wichtiger ist als die zahlenden Gäste.

This medium size hotel is a real gem in a quiet walkable area of Bien Hoa. Only four stories tall, but with a tidy little gym and a warm saltwater swimming pool, buffet breakfast, laundry services, coffee shop, and lovely outdoor lounging area on a quiet street. The staff are quite accommodating and free parking available across the street.  I found my rooms to be fairly quiet, except for street noise through the single pane windows.  Guest comfort should improve when the housekeeping department is properly organized. I think too much of the buffet is left under hot lights for hours in the morning but there’s good Selection.  I would happily stay there again.

Spacious room. Quiet eventhough our room faced the restaurant and drop off area. Very good breakfast. Some ants hidden under the table. A bit expensive room service meal.

フロントには日本語で話してくれたスタッフがいました。静かな場所でゆっくり休めました。朝食も美味しかったです。次もロンカインに行く時は泊まりたいです。

Such a great place to stay! It was a quiet location right next to the river and in the park. The room was very large and the other amenities were lovely. Staff were all so warm and welcoming. I loved my star here

Wir haben uns in der Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist groß, das Wasser ist frisch und die Aussicht wunderschön. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist einfach, aber gut. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert prima. Die Aussicht auf den Fluss war berauschend. Die Betreiber der Anlage waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. 150 m weiter war die Fähre die zum Nationalpark führt. Ideal. Würde ich wieder buchen.
