Ich bin so froh, dass ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe! Für 45 $ pro Nacht haben wir praktisch ein europäisches 4-Sterne-Hotel bekommen. Ja, es gab Straßenlärm, aber am dritten Tag hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt. Wir wohnten im Zimmer 309, nachdem wir von 204 gewechselt hatten – dort fahren die Autos quasi direkt vor den Fenstern vorbei. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Gegenüber, auf der anderen Straßenseite, gibt es eine schöne Lounge-Zone, wo wir an ein paar Abenden den Sonnenuntergang genossen haben 😍. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind im Zimmer vorhanden, es gibt sogar einen Fernseher. Wenn viele Gäste im Hotel sind, gibt es ein hervorragendes Buffet. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, wenn Ihnen das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wichtig ist.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи, нас быстро заселили и встретили приветственным напитком. Сотрудники ресепшена были очень приветливы, а вот остальные сотрудники отеля очень странно себя вели(шумели, кричали, ругались между с собой). Наш номер был чистый и опрятный, в номере был большой балкон, а также большой холодильник. Очень хороший был напор воды в душе. Локация отеля тоже отличная(через дорогу пляж, 5 минут пешком до продуктового магазина) Опасайтесь мафию тук тукеров We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we were quickly checked in and greeted with a welcome drink. The reception staff were very friendly, but the rest of the hotel staff were very strange (noisy, shouting, arguing with each other). Our room was clean and tidy, the room had a large balcony, and a large refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The location of the hotel is also great (across the street from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the grocery store) Stay away from Tuk Tuk Mafia

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und hat seine ursprüngliche Bepflanzung und Felsstruktur bewahrt, was es zu einem einzigartigen und lohnenswerten Ort macht. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Da der Weg vom Hotel recht weit ist, empfiehlt es sich, entweder im Hotel zu essen oder sich vorher etwas zu kaufen und mitzubringen; andernfalls dauert der Rückweg mindestens eine halbe Stunde.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa, so much so that I ended up extending by two extra nights. I also invited a friend along so they could experience it as a romantic getaway weekend break, and it truly was—wonderful to experience everything through a “rose-coloured lens.” While the resort is undeniably romantic, the real highlight for us was the ocean and beach itself. We were up early to frolic in the sea at sunrise, then we spent unhurried time strolling the shoreline, walking the beach and soaking up the calming atmosphere. We ended up playing with them, laughing, and getting thoroughly covered in sand, which made the days feel playful, personal, and unforgettable. From the moment we booked we were made to feel welcome. On arrival the staff were welcoming and we found all the amenities needed in the room. We did not have a main meal in the hotel but we both went for breakfast which I must say was amazing. Thank you we will be back.

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was a slightly older property but the owner and family were so helpful and lovely. The pool was great and the Yala national park was fun

Great stay.  Everything was almost perfect, all the staff were friendly and helpful.  But a special mention for Sam and Tharushi in the Palms they were so attentive, not just to me but I saw their exceptional service given to everyone they interacted with.  Tharushi’s beautiful smile greeting us at the door….😊. I hope to return one day soon, although my stay was short, I feel I had a connection with the whole place but especially Sam and Tharushi. Thank you 💕

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt auch Früchte, der mittelgroße Abendessenspreis des Restaurants, es kann jedermann 10 Minuten Massage liefern, aber nur ein Masseur, das muss verbessert werden, weil wir an dem Tag regen und Außenpools nicht verwendet werden können.

Outpost is really good choice for Weligama trip during the season. Next to the quiet part of thr beach, tasty (but not cheap) cafe, comfortable rooms and very helpfull staff, strong wifi. But for offseason could be a bit offsided. No cafe around, nothing on the beach, need to walk to any store or activity. Several points to make your stay more comfortable: 1. Roomservice upon request 2. In beachfront rooms the beds are not fixed to tables behind them (as you see on foto). So be carefull, it moves =) 3. Ask about foot shower location in front of the hotel. It's a bit hidden.
