Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, who made me feel instantly at ease. Their genuine hospitality and personalized service left a lasting impression. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The accommodation at Munakata Resort Hotel was exceptional. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and luxurious amenities provided a true sense of relaxation and indulgence. The attention to detail in room décor and amenities was evident, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at Munakata Resort Hotel. The on-site restaurant offered a culinary journey of authentic Japanese cuisine. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man kann mit der U-Bahn zum Hotel fahren und im Erdgeschoss des Hotels gibt es einen McDonald's. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, mit einem Dampfbügeleisen im Kleiderschrank und kleinen Einwegbechern mit Mundwasser und Badesalz in der Toilette, die in Hotels selten zu finden sind. Es gibt eine heiße Quelle im 13. Stock, aber es fühlt sich an, als gäbe es mehr heißes Wasser als heißes Quellwasser. Die heiße Quelle im Innenbereich ist dünner und die heiße Quelle im Freien größer, aber Sie benötigen einen Badeanzug, um sie zu nutzen Mieten Sie einen Badeanzug für 1.500 Yen für Frauen und 1.000 Yen für Männer.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel gebucht. Die Zimmergröße ist wie gesagt, sehr geräumig mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt, das Zimmer kann sogar für 3 Personen schlafen. Toilette ist sauber, obwohl es ein alter Stil und Design mit einem Badezimmer. Frühstück haben westliche und japanische Lebensmittel, Eier haben einige Möglichkeiten zu kochen und wird nach Bestellung an Ihren Tisch geliefert. Service ist gut. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Bahnhof. Eine Komfortgeschäfte befindet sich gerade im Zentrum der Passage, die mit dem Hotel und dem Bahnhof verbunden ist. Das Hotel bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze, die für Gäste mit Autos sehr günstig sind.

Rooms and location are great; swimming pool not being available to children is a bit of a minus. Very negative experience with the staff at the reception: Booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child. Our booking confirmation very explicitly said ”breakfast for 3 persons included” on every single day of the stay; only during the first breakfast we noticed that we had only been given breakfast coupons for two adults per day. In spite of pointing out repeatedly that this must have been a mistake at reception, staff repeatedly kept asking us to sign an extra breakfast fee for our 6-year-old daughter. Even after showing the booking confirmation to the staff at reception, they kept refusing to give the extra coupons for a while; we finally got them after continued complaints. Maybe the reason could have been a miscommunication between the hotel and the booking site (which however is the hotel's responsibility to fix). In any case, if you want to create the impression of being an anti-children hotel, this is exactly the way to go!

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Lage sehr zentral direkt gegenüber der Hakata Station, die auch nur 2 bis 3 Stationen vom Flughafen Fukuoka entfernt ist.In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet,wo man sich sehr gut entspannen kann. Was ich persönlich etwas schade finde ist, dass das Personal kein gutes Englisch spricht, wie in vielen Hotels in Japan, obwohl Nikko mit 4 Sternen eingestuft ist und das Personal sehr freundlich und höflich ist. Da das Personal kein gutes Englisch spricht, erklären sie auch nicht viel. Das hat bei mir zu Missverständnissen geführt, z.B. beim Wechsel vom Frühstück zum Mittagessen. Man kann auch Mittagessen statt Frühstück haben, was ich für Flexibilität halte. Allerdings hat man mir nicht gesagt, dass das auch extra kostet und dass das Mittagessen eher westlich ist, wie nur Spaghetti, was ich gar nicht mag, aber dafür habe ich auch meine Pläne geändert. Das Personal hat mir schließlich auch die extra kosten erlassen.

We only stayed for a night but we had such an amazing stay. The kind staff upgraded us to a suite which looked great facing the ocean. The room was spacious and clean, all amenities that you need were provided. Free parking was available directly outside the hotel. Would come back again!

I have always been a big fan of Grand Hyatt, spent two nights in Grand Hyatt Fukuoka with my family in April 2024. Room assignment was good, met the expectation of our previous requests. Despite the hotel is not new, its timeless design and cleanliness made our stay very enjoyable. Room’s air conditioning was a bit weak but a dyson fan has already been placed inside our room so it was not an issue. Bathtub was unbelievably ergonomic and you can enjoy an amazing hot bath after a long day of shopping. The hotel offers parking at a price but it was reasonable. The hotel is right next to a big shopping mall (with tax return for visitors!) Clothings, sports goods, JUMP shop, gaming centre with lots of claw machines (you can actually win a lot of stuff there), pharmacy, convenient store, you name it. We also had buffet breakfast in the hotel which was filled with a good variety of food and all of the tastes excellent! Would definitely come again if we visit Fukuoka again in the future.

Die Gegend, in der sich das Hotel befindet, ist sehr windig und das Hotel hat ein imposantes Erscheinungsbild. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen öffentlichen Bereich und kleine Zimmer. Bei den sogenannten Twin-Zimmern handelt es sich um zwei eng zusammengequetschte Einzelbetten aufgrund des Platzmangels. Die Einrichtungen sind alt und die Betten sind schlecht. Die Auswahl am Morgen ist sehr gering und die Anzahl der Kellner erbärmlich gering. Es ist unmöglich, das benutzte Geschirr rechtzeitig abzuräumen. Das Abräumen des Tisches erfolgt erst nach dem Weggang der Gäste und zwar durch einfaches Aufrollen des Tischsets und zweimaliges Abwischen mit einem Lappen. Anders als in anderen Hotels wird hier kein Desinfektionsmittel versprüht und anschließend abgewischt. Das Sofa im Restaurant war so schmutzig, dass ich es nicht ertragen konnte, es anzusehen. Es war mit Patina überzogen. Mir wird schlecht, wenn ich jetzt nur daran denke. Bitte schauen Sie sich die Bilder an. Der Kellner hatte eine sehr gute Einstellung. Wenn das Zimmer fertig ist, können Sie früher einchecken. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es nur wenige Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten und die Lage ist ungünstig.

Das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse recht groß, mehr als ausreichend für uns sechs. Nach einem Preisvergleich auf vielen Plattformen war Ctrip am günstigsten! Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Pfannen sowie Pyjamas. Einziger Nachteil: Den Sonnenaufgang konnte man nicht ganz sehen, aber andererseits wäre der Sonnenuntergang toll gewesen. 👍🏻
