Die Lage ist etwa 40Min vom Flughafen entfernt. Service war schnell und freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war weit besser als erwartet mit einer breiten Verbreitung und hervorragender lokaler Küche. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war viel besser als die meisten anderen Hotels Frühstück, die ich versucht habe.

Das ältere Gebäude ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, hat eine gute Lage und ist sauber. Allerdings lässt die Kommunikation mit dem Personal zu wünschen übrig. Sie sind recht steif und unfreundlich und vermitteln eine gleichgültige Atmosphäre. Sie sollten vielleicht andere Hoteloptionen in Betracht ziehen.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the airport, and for that, it definitely delivers. It’s convenient if you have an early flight or are just passing through Padang. That said, there’s not much within walking distance around the hotel, so I’d recommend taking a taxi or Gojek if you want to go out for food or explore a bit. I went to dinner at Rumah Makan LAMUN OMBAK and highly recommend it — really good food and definitely worth the short drive. The service was excellent. Everyone at check-in was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped recommend places to eat and made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Definitely 5/5 for service. Cleanliness was probably the weakest part of the stay. The sheets didn’t feel fully clean, and the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom vent also seemed pretty dirty and may have had mold. That said, the AC worked well, the room was affordable, and overall it gets the job done. You do have to adjust expectations a little — this is Padang, not a luxury resort. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid budget airport hotel if convenience is your main priority. It was quiet and no construction so that’s important to me.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Mall und es ist zu Fuß weit von den Geschäften und dem Gegenteil des Nachtmarktes entfernt. Große Lage. Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, geräumig und komplett mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen.

Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt und umgeben von Laden. Das Zimmer befindet sich im unteren Stock eines Hauses, so verfügt es über Küche, zwei Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Essen. Das Zimmer ist zwei große Betten. Es gibt Muschis. Es gibt Kühlschrank und Wasser. Die Besitzer sind aufmerksam.

The hotel didn’t have family room but i have received connecting room which is suitable for my family trip. For hotel room spacious, i book without breakfast since i would like to try outside culinary. Found this restaurant nearest to the hotel. Their food so delicious and vibe padang tu terasa banger. No room picture but recommended. The view from my room superb.

The location is a plus — close to Bukit Tinggi attractions, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is lively, yet the hotel itself feels calm and restful. Breakfast was decent with local options, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests or directions. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel in Bukit Tinggi, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Would consider staying here again.

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

Great for riders touring West Sumatra.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room
