My stay at the hotel was good. I was given a suite, which made the experience more comfortable as the room was spacious. The cleanliness was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Breakfast was decent, though I felt it could have more variety. The service wasn’t bad, but it could be faster. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Die Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung, das Warmwasser ist gut und das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht sehr heiß, aber Delhi ist nicht zu kalt, also ist es akzeptabel. Insgesamt ist es besser als das Hilton, in dem ich am Tag zuvor in Jaipur übernachtet habe.

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .
