The quality is very good.
Breakfast had a lot of choice.
Staff kept asking if everything was okay.
It was nice, but a little too much.
They made tea exactly the way I like it.
This was excellent service.
The parathas were very tasty.
The coffee was not good.
It tasted like instant coffee.
They should offer proper filter coffee or Americano.
Munhendra and each every staff was very helpful.
They tried hard to help everyone.
Room 919 had no proper hot water in the shower.
The valve needs fixing every day.
I suggest avoiding room 919.
Overall, a very good hotel with great service.

柠柠檬苏打In der Nähe der Straße ist die Ausstattung im Haus OK, entspricht einem inländischen Express-Hotel. Es gibt Bars und andere Orte in der Umgebung. Die Fenster haben eine gute Schallschutzwirkung, aber die Schalldämmung jedes Zimmers scheint nicht sehr gut zu sein. Mein Kollege wohnt neben mir und hört, wie ich das Licht ausmache.

Sspring-AiDue to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Ich möchte erwähnen, dass Prerna und Biju ausgezeichnet waren. Sie sind wirklich hilfreich und haben ihr Bestes getan, um unseren Aufenthalt komfortabel zu machen. Neel vom Restaurant war auch sehr gut.

GGastnutzerI had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help with any requests. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, which had a great selection of both local and international dishes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Der Service war hervorragend, mit aufmerksamem Personal, das oben und darüber ging, um eine erinnerebare Erfahrung zu gewährleisten. Es ist klar, dass die Gästezufriedenheit ihre oberste Priorität ist, um es zu einem Hotel, das ich sehr empfehle.

DDuvelGood services overall. There is a bar at rooftop which called Skybar. The view is very good. However, it will become unavailable if there is private party. This is not fare to the customers of hotel because they should have rights for this service as the first priority during staying.

GGastnutzerRooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower.
Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a
any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon).
Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).
