Quite modern entrance hall and room (bathroom for disabled was not our choice). Reception friendly and provided good recommendation for late dinner. The first morning I woke up by very loud cleaning personnel. Walls are paper thin and door not soundproof. You hear everything. Breakfast terrace with nice view. Pool terrace too small and only available for some hours if slot pre-booked. Music, food and shisha on the rooftop club/restaurant quite okay.

In der Küche ist weder Spülmittel, noch Schwamm noch sonst etwas. Unterstützung vom Personal gleich Null. Internetzugang ist auch langsam Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

1. Love it clean, quiet, quiant, side view of sea and port or small marina (can't tell at night because we checked in late night and left very early the next morning). But lovely. Wish had time to walk. 2. Clean room. 3. When we arrived and saw the dinner buffet which looked good, regretted not getting the half board. But we ordered from their restaurant a la carte menu and it was delicious! 4. One thing to improve is to cover the light on the aircon and the light on the TV, we could find no way to switch off the TV. We are light sleepers so the light which may not disturb others disturbed us a little bit but we put black tape over the TV but could not climb high up to aircon. 5. Too bad we did not have time to use gym or have breakfast there - another regret but front desk Evi helped arrange a breakfast bag for us to take away. If you're checking out early like us, ask for breakfast bags to take away and they gladly oblige. However, food in the breakfast bag is not as nice as having breakfast in the hotel :( I saw none of the items reviewers talked about but I told myself it is ok because they packed before breakfast hours. To get our money's worth, I must eat their breakfast in future.

Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Jeden Tag haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen, und die Damen vom Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden Tag etwas Neues und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Besonders unser Sohn hat sich jeden Morgen sehr darauf gefreut. Am Abreisetag mussten wir sehr früh losfahren und haben auf Wunsch ein Frühstückspaket zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Für uns drei gab es jeweils eine Box mit Obst, einem vegetarischen Sandwich, einem gekochten Ei sowie Banane, Wasser und Saft – also ein richtiges Frühstück. Wir waren begeistert, wie gut alles organisiert war und wie reibungslos alles funktioniert hat. Dieses Hotel empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter – wir waren rundum zufrieden.

7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

Der Flughafen Athen ist seit Langem mein Tor zwischen Irland und Israel, und das Sofitel ist die einzige wirklich komfortable Option für einen Zwischenstopp mit Übernachtung. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – man verlässt einfach das Terminal, überquert drei Zebrastreifen und ist schon in der Lobby. Das Hotel ist definitiv 5-Sterne-Standard und das merkt man an Sauberkeit und Komfort. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und ruhig, und ich habe den kostenlosen Kaffee und das Wasser sehr geschätzt. Allerdings sind die Preise hoch. Normalerweise kostet es etwa 400 € pro Nacht für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind, ich konnte aber unter der Woche für etwa die Hälfte buchen. Immer noch teuer, aber ich wollte Komfort – und den habe ich bekommen. Bei der Buchung war nicht eindeutig ersichtlich, ob ein Zustellbett für mein Kind inklusive ist, und weder Trip noch das Hotel haben auf meine Nachricht geantwortet. Letztendlich haben wir das Bett aber ohne Aufpreis bekommen. Das Frühstück ist nicht im hohen Preis inbegriffen, und 30 € pro Person erschienen mir übertrieben, also haben wir darauf verzichtet. Auch die Speisenauswahl ist überteuert – 22 € für einen „griechischen Salat“, der seltsamerweise mit Ricotta serviert wurde. Wir haben uns schließlich bei Burger King am Terminal etwas zu essen geholt – deutlich günstiger. Der Innenpool war sauber, aber das Wasser kälter als erwartet und er recht klein. Die Dusche hatte schwankende Wassertemperaturen, was zwar etwas nervig, aber für eine Nacht akzeptabel war. Insgesamt: Für ein Flughafenhotel ist es sehr praktisch und komfortabel, aber die Preise für Essen und Extras sind meiner Meinung nach übertrieben.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, es liegt unter der Akropolis und man kann sofort die Hauptstraße sehen. Es ist sehr praktisch, dort essen zu gehen, einzukaufen und zu spielen Sie können die Landschaft direkt beobachten.

Ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt Erstens haben die Mitarbeiter wiederholt die Zimmergebühr in Rechnung gestellt und das Geld inkonsistent beschrieben (zum Glück hat der Ctrip-Kundenservice dies aktiv kommuniziert und gelobt!). Zweitens war die Zimmerausstattung nicht sehr neu und die Sauberkeit durchschnittlich (wie in der Abbildung gezeigt). Bild) Bei der Kommunikation mit dem Hotel über die oben genannten Probleme ist die Einstellung des Hotelpersonals im Allgemeinen nach der Lösung des Problems, es ist jedenfalls nicht besonders zu empfehlen. Wir sollten uns darauf konzentrieren, den Kundenservice von Ctrip dafür zu loben, dass er sehr effizient ist, Probleme aktiv löst und Steuern und Gebühren erstattet.

Leider war dieses Hotel ein komplettes Albtraum, ich kam mit einer schweren Augeninfektion und hatte keine Verständnis oder Hilfe von der Mitarbeiter. Niemand half mir, ins Krankenhaus zu gehen. Dann habe ich sogar ein schreckliches Zimmer, das laut war, und kein Fenster, das geöffnet werden könnte. Während ich am nächsten Tag an den Manager beschweren, wurde ich sogar noch schlechter behandelt, die Lügen, dass ich an die Mitarbeiter schrie, was NICHT wahr ist. Ich war nur in Schmerzen, um ein besseres Zimmer oder einen besseren Service zu bitten. Oh auch sie empfahl den Parkplatz für mein super teuer Auto, behaupten, seine SAFE, sie meine Autoschlüssel zu verlassen. Ich fragte zweimal, ob das wirklich sicher ist, da mein gesamtes Gepäck noch im Auto ist. Als ich dort ging, um meine Gepäck rauszuholen, war das Auto geöffnet!!! mit dem Schlüssel in der Innenseite. In der Mitte von Athen und auch von diesem Parkteam gibt es nichts. wie ein komplettes Fehlverhalten auf sooo vielen Ebenen. Das Heizungssystem ist immer in den Zimmern, die große Lärm machen, auch der Pool unten hat verrückte Maschinen, die die ganze Nacht klingt. Ich bin so froh, dass ich ein anderes schönes Hotel um die Ecke ruhig und hervorragender Service gefunden habe!!!! Nur nicht dort bleiben, es ist nicht gut. Auch der Pool ist ein Witz und kein Jacuzzi im Winter auf dem Dach, sie sind keinen Besuch wert!
