Sehr gut. es wäre unmöglich, besser vor allem für den Preis zu finden. Der Ort war sauber, gut eingerichtet, schön aus dem Fenster. Markieren Sie neue Möbel, komfortable großes Bett, sauber, Kaffee im Zimmer, Frühstück inbegriffen ... Ich kam vor Mitternacht nach mehr als 30 Stunden Reisen und das Frühstück war von 6.30 bis 9 aber ich bin nur um zehn aufgewacht, ich ging immer noch nach unten, um zu prüfen und der Manager sagte, kein Problem und ein schönes Frühstück von Getreide, Omelette, Sauce, Toasts Jam, Verschiedene Saft und Kaffee ... Das einzige, was nicht aufsteigend war, aber sie nahmen meine Gepäck auf, ohne zu fragen und gleich morgens nahmen sie zurück.  Ich bin beeindruckt und sehr zufrieden

The location is superb good. It is a SkyTrain hotel. The staff is friendly. The room quality is good, clean and cozy. The hotel swimming pool is amazing, it is a wonderful place for individual, couple and family. Due to it is a Casino hotel, you need to accept your neighbour made some noise after midnight. And this hotel has already been the first stated owned hotel, it is worth to stay when in town.

Die Personal sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der ganze Prozess zum Ein und aus checken war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top! Auto sowie Fahrrad Vermietung ist einfach nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut und bis auf 23 Uhr verfügbar und auch fürs Essen im Zimmer. Ich bin das erste Mal in Vancouver, dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen.

Ich habe eine gute Arbeit gefunden, und wir haben uns zum ersten Mal entschieden, zu gehen. Ich habe gute Bewertungen zu dem Hotel gehört, so dass ich aufgeregt war. Stayed at the heritage tower, it was literally ‘heritage’... you could call it very vintage/ chic style but in other words it has not been updated since early 1900... all the doors inside the room were squeaky, Die Badezimmertür war nicht ordnungsgemäß geschlossen, da sie sich wie vielmals gemalt hat, Glücklicherweise gab es eine Heizung, aber das Zimmer ist nicht klangsicher, so dass jedes Mal, wenn jemand oberhalb oder unter uns ging, wir sehr deutlich hören konnten... einige Punkte auf dem Boden waren ungleich. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.  Wir gingen dort hin, um im Pool zu sitzen und sich zu entspannen, aber es war reich und die Leute nahmen überall laut. Es ergab, dass die Außenseite des Hotels viel ruhiger war und die Landschaft schön und ruhig war. Das Restaurant „Cooper Restaurant“ war wahrscheinlich der beste Teil unseres Aufenthalts. Die Lebensmittel waren gut und sie hatten eine jazzband, die großartig war. Wenn Sie dort bleiben planen, würde ich die anderen Turms empfehlen (sofern sie neuere Gebäude sind).

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.

Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc.

Das Front-Desk-Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und willkommen. Das Restaurant auf der Website ist wirklich ein verstecktes Gem, sowohl das Essen und die Getränke waren ausgezeichnet. Das einzige Problem, das ich getroffen habe, war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war ziemlich laut, so dass ich es vor dem Bett ausschaltet, um besser ein Bett zu bekommen. Ich aber erwachte früh am Morgen, um zu finden, dass es sich wieder aufgeschaltet hatte und die Raumtemperatur auf 18°C, was unkomfortabel kalt war. Ich erwähnte das beim Check-out an den Front Desk und der Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich ehrlich und versichert mir, dass sie es ansehen würden. Ich schätze, wie die Situation behandelt wurde. Und das andere ist das Zimmer ist etwas überpreist.

My suite was equipped with a cozy fireplace, a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The attention to detail in the room’s decor and amenities, from the high-quality linens to the locally sourced toiletries, enhanced the overall experience.

Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.  Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled.  Nonetheless,  looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.  Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.
