Room is spacious, services r good, gym too small, the biggest problem is the noise insulation is really bad, its so noisy, u can hear cars passing by, all kind of noises are there, next door, or people walking on corridor, they must improve this. Its so disturbing!

Hotels in Australien sind teuer. Der Service und die Einrichtungen sind mit denen in China nicht zu vergleichen. Die Zimmergröße beträgt 36P. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick, das ich gebucht habe, liegt in Darling Harbour. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Arbeitskräfte sind zu teuer und es gibt eine große Kluft zwischen W in Sydney und W am Bund (W am Bund beträgt 50 P). Chinesische Online-Mitfahrgelegenheitsfahrer in Sydney sagten, dass niemand Hotelkellner werden möchte, also haben sie es getan kann nur Kellner mit hohem Gehalt einstellen. Die Lage von W ist wirklich gut, die beste Lage in Darling Harbour, direkt neben dem Sofitel. Die Lichter im Zimmer sind dunkel und diesig, und der Flur hat eine Sternenhimmeldecke. Wer es heller mag, mag es vielleicht nicht. Die Badewanne und der Duschraum sind nicht getrennt. Daher sind Nass und Trocken nicht getrennt. Das Frühstück ist komplett im westlichen Stil, was ziemlich reichhaltig ist. Für diejenigen, die nicht an westliches Frühstück gewöhnt sind, wird es unangenehm sein. Da ich mental keine hohen Erwartungen hatte, konnte ich diesen Standard akzeptieren. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, umgeben von Restaurants und ganz in der Nähe von Chinatown.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Es ist super bequem, überall in der Stadt zu gehen. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut konzipiert und ziemlich gemütlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind wirklich nett, freundlich, & hilfsbereit. Das Hotel-Café ist wunderschön und das Frühstück ist auch ziemlich gut.  Das einzige Problem, das wir in dieser Reise zu bewältigen waren, war, dass unser A/C nicht an unserer ersten Nacht und wieder an unserer letzten Nacht arbeitete. Das Personal war jedoch sehr hilfreich und sehr schnell zu reparieren. Also unsere Gesamterfahrung war ziemlich glücklich. 

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Es ist der beste Ausgangspunkt für Reisen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Allerdings lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen, sodass es keine Belüftung gibt und Wind und Lärm durch die Ritzen eindringen. Im Winter dürfte es daher recht kalt sein. Ich war fünf Tage dort, aber mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Handtücher muss man an der Rezeption anfordern.

Excellent place to stay. Close to shops, clubs and take away food shops. Very quite place to sleep. Bed are comfortable to sleep in. Would recommend. friendly staff. Parking spaces can be a little bit tight if you have 4wd Ute

Das Hotel setzt die Qualitätsstandards der Marke fort. Obwohl es sich um die Renovierung eines alten Gebäudes handelt, ist die Hotelausstattung vollständig. Die Funktionalität und der Komfort der Zimmer sind dank der Sorgfalt des Betreibers spürbar. Das Innendesign verbindet perfekt klassische und moderne Elemente. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und exquisit, und die Qualität des Obstes war besonders herausragend. Ich hatte immer hohe Erwartungen an die Marke Capella, und dieses in Sydney hat mich nicht enttäuscht, wodurch ich einen besseren Eindruck von dieser Marke bekommen habe.

The hotel is located near museum station. Check in/out process was fast. The room cleaning service was provided everyday.

I don’t usually go out of my way to give hotel reviews. Postive or negative. However I must for this hotel. I was recommended this hotel by someone I am having a meeting with in the area. It was shockingly expensive, but I figured it would be worth it due to location and it was recommended by my contact. I don’t always stay in 5star, but when staying in 5star, and super expensive, I absolutely expect 5star service. 1. Having being dropped off at the hotel there was zero bell boy to help with my luggage. I did all myself. After going inside the hotel I was asked if I would like help with my bags, but replied I already had them… again I already go it myself. 2. At every single hotel I stay in the world it’s common when you ask at reception, how is my room, do I have a good view or location they check and my change it a little for better location or room type if they have vacancies. I was replied to by the girl in reception in a somewhat arrogant manner, sir you have the standard room… with zero intent to look to see if there was better option. In countless years and counties I’ve never had this response. At lease some carding or trying, even if they were full but not just arrogant cold “you have standard”. 3. The sauna advertised is NOT free. It’s paid extra and you need to book. Why would a hotel advertise sauna when it’s an additional cost. In addition it closes at 7:30pm. In all my years I’ve never been to a hotel where it closes so early. How can one have meetings and get back to have a sauna in time. When I complained about this also I was met with coke arrogant smiles. 4. The last day on check out in morning there was no body at the front desk. Zero. Very strange. Never have I been in a hotel there was no body in reception. Even more so strange for such an expensive hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would in fact go, and have done put my way to NOT recommend. Not even a 1 star. For the price this is ridiculously over priced. The arrive is a lousy 1 star budge hotel. In fact a 1 star would have friendlier and better authentic service. On one positive note. The gym is amazing. The gym is a 5star as it’s not a “hotel gym” but a membership gym part of hotel. My overall rating therefore is a 2 star for the gym alone. Hotel for the price they charge and the well below average service zero!
