Das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Sobald Sie im Hotel ankommen, werden Sie vom Servicepersonal begrüßt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr schön und der Service ist sehr gut. Wenn ich etwas verliere, helfe ich Ihnen, es zu finden geduldig. Sie ist sehr geduldig.

The best value of this lodge, is the friendly and helpful service staffs. They deserve 5 stars. I booked Grab car for return trip but was cancelled by driver without any advanced notice. When I tried to book local Grab bikes and cars, no one answered. It made me understand that I was in jungle, not as convenient as in the city. While I was asking the lodge reception and ready for paying double cost to get a return trip, reception staffs discussed and called a private bus which costs VND120,000(around 1/10 Grab car cost) to Bien Hoa. I realized that they tried to help me instead of taking advantage of my transportation problem. What pure souls I met, thanks God! Anyway, if the owner of the lodge can read this article, please improve the problems I mentioned. I killed 21 mosquito in my room one night. I believe I could kill another 20, if I stayed another night. There's frequent motor rotation noise annoyed me whole night. If you can not remove the motor-driven machine, do you consider to make the room I lived a warehouse. The hotel has best location, nature beauty and excellent staffs, one single room should not become low quality burden of the lodge. The food is good, the same quality and expense as in the city.

The only reason you would find yourself in Bien Hoa is for business or ( like me ) family reasons. I stayed 8 nights at the Aurora Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is also a reasonable size but the shower is over the bath meaning it is quite a big step over the baths side when entering or exiting from a shower. The Aurora has one of the best bathroom kits I have ever seen. As well as the usual kit there is also shower cap,Emery board and a vanity kit which I discovered had packaged cotton earbuds. The soundproofing in the rooms is woeful. Coughs, conversations and TV from adjoining rooms was easily heard. Air con and Wifi both good. Swimming pool lovely and clean and well equipped gym. Now to breakfast, all I can say is, as a Westerner , go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed, though eggs are cooked to order. All staff were helpful and pleasant

I got injured in a motorbike accident and got a painful abrasion to my foot making it difficult to walk. So I was in the room for most of my stay. The 4th floor coffee shop has a small but sufficient menu allowing me to get meals as needed without having to go far. The staff in the coffee shop provided me with exemplary service at whatever odd hour of the day I made it up there. The cleaning staff were also brilliant, helping me in and out of the room for the daily clean. They even brought a chair outside for me to sit on why they efficiently did their thing. Relatively new hotel, secure parking in the basement, clean tidy rooms and staff who are happy to go above and beyond when required. I even got moved into a larger room during my stay. 10 out of 10.

Es gibt keine Antwort auf die Rezeption des Hotels. Dann kann der Schlamm mit der Löffel töten. Es gibt keine Behandlung in der Nacht. Die Schale wurde erst am nächsten Tag verarbeitet, als sie das Zimmer fertig macht. Konsultationsersatz, das Hotel weigert sich, Trip.com sagt, das Hotel weigert sich, zu versuchen, zu konsultieren, und dann entschuldigen Sie sich. Jetzt kann ich 12315 finden, eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, Trip.com hat auch den Kugel gespielt und geholfen. Glücklicherweise habe ich die Beweise beibehalten, unter Bedingungen versucht, dieses Hotel so weit wie möglich zu vermeiden, sonst kann der Schlauch fertig sein, und glücklicherweise wurde der Schlauch nicht im Bett gefunden. Ich habe auch ein Video an Trip.com gesendet, niemand hat es verarbeitet, wirklich hilflos.

Gutes Hotel, schöne Lage, die in der Nähe der Bahnhof Bien Hoa, leicht zu verhängen, in der Stadt Bien Hoa. Rezeptionist war schön, schön, uns zu helfen, mehr 4 Stunden zu bleiben. Wenn wir zurück nach Bien Hoa, werden wir dieses Hotel neu buchen

Great stay, extremely comfortable for a business trip! I had a wonderful stay here during my recent business trip. The apartment is spotlessly clean, tidy, and beautifully designed with great taste. All the amenities and appliances are brand new, high-quality, and fully equipped, making me feel as comfortable and convenient as if I were at home. A special thanks to the housekeeper, who was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. Highly recommended and totally worth the money

This spot was a great location, clean, air conditioning worked great besides a temporary power outage in the town, very peaceful, lots of wildlife ;). Surprisingly, didn’t notice any mosquitoes. WiFi worked good. Very friendly dog named Lucky that we met up with multiple times all over the neighborhood. The host family was very friendly and helped us arrange a visit to the primate sanctuary, as well as borrow bicycles to explore the neighborhood. We left one of our skateboards for the kids, if you’re lucky they might let you use it.
