Hotels mit Parkplatz in Western Region, Uganda

We had fully prepaid our one-night stay (almost €500) through Trip.com five months before arrival. At check-in, the hotel insisted that they had not received the payment, even though we showed our prepaid confirmation. I understand that issues between hotels and booking platforms can happen, but what was unacceptable was how the situation was handled. We were left waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes and were not allowed to check in or access our room until the payment issue was resolved. Eventually, we were forced to pay the full amount again, at a higher price than our original booking, simply because we had no other option. The duplicate payment was refunded a few days later after contacting Trip.com. What was even more surprising was that the staff told us this happens regularly with certain booking platforms. If they already know about this issue, they should have a better procedure instead of making guests pay twice and treating them as if they were trying to avoid payment. For a hotel in this price range, I expected a far more professional and customer-focused approach. The problem itself was unfortunate, but the way it was handled left a very poor impression.

Das Hotel blieb nur eine Nacht, aber es machte seine Meinung und es war gut Sehr schönes Design des Gebäudes, ein großes grünes Gebiet, ist es sichtbar, dass Bäume viele Jahre, angenehm zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und bescheiden, nur zu bleiben Frühstück ist einfach und bescheiden, Omelet, Obst, Tee, Kaffee, keine exquisite Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht

Es war schwer zu erreichen, einmal musste das Auto sogar drücken. Aber gleichzeitig sehr guter Service, ruhiger Ort und schöner Blick
