We decided to extend our stay for another three days because we really like the natural settings and the service provided . We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food provided. We will definitely come back to Kep again and stay with the resort.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience.
If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well.
Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

I stayed at PHKACHAN KEP BOUTIQUE and it was great! It's really near Kep Beach. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel to others!

오션뷰를 감상할 수 있는 숙소였고 캄보디아에서 가장 핫플인 The Wave라는 카페가 가까워서 도보로 이동 가능한 점이 좋았습니다. 리조트가 바다 인근이여서 일출 일몰 전부 즐길 수 있는 곳이고 음식이 맛있어서 추천합니다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 따뜻했습니다. 다만 숙소 퀄러티가 신식은 아니다 보니 모던한 스타일을 찾으신다면 실망할 수도 있으나 프랑스식 오래된 건물의 뼈대는 남겨 리모델링을 하여 프랑스 풍 옛건물의 정취를 느낄 수 있었습니다.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nur perfektbeauty Blick und nahe zu allem, was Sie in Kep erkunden wollten. Eines der besten Teile ist seine Nähe zum Kep National ParkI ging sogar für eine Runde dort, und die Spuren waren unglaublich, mit atemberaubenden Blicken auf die umliegende Natur.

DDean Toone2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped.
Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle.
Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge.
To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts.
Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

GGastnutzerSaravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

LL EFWir waren sehr gut willkommen und sehr leicht geprüft. Der Bungalow war ziemlich geräumig, ein wenig heiß, aber wir hatten einen mobilen Fan, das war einfach genug. Wir waren gerade vor dem Schwimmbad, das sogar in der Nacht zugänglich war, so dass wir einen letzten Tauch zu erfrischten, bevor wir zum Bett gehen. Die Vegetation zwischen den Bungalows wurde für eine schöne und entspannende Atmosphäre gemacht.

GGuest UserDas Hotel wird von Franzosen geführt, hat chinesischen Service und ist sehr enthusiastisch. Die Hotelumgebung ist sauber und ordentlich, die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist perfekt, elegant und nicht verloren, und der Service ist aufmerksam, so dass sich die Leute sehr wohl fühlen. Überall bin ich so hart, heute ist 30, und ich werde uns ein paar chinesische Gäste bescheren, um das chinesische Neujahr zu feiern. Der Preis ist auch sehr angemessen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Baima reise, werde ich in diesem Hotel übernachten.

GGastnutzerWir haben unseren Aufenthalt im 1-Zimmer-Bungalow sehr genossen. Die Dekoration ist sehr detailliert. Die Besitzer tun alles, um Ihnen Komfort und Unterstützung zu bieten. Sie sind sehr freundlich. Ich fand die Waschmaschine im Zimmer super, da wir oft lange unterwegs sind. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Wir haben das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer genutzt, das uns aber nicht bequem genug war. Bei einem erneuten Besuch würde ich den Bungalow mit Zustellbett buchen.
