The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Our stay at Hotel Granvia was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality; the staff were remarkably kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. Combined with its convenient location, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Kaze Box. Das Haus ist spotless, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Es fühlte sich wirklich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause. Die Küche verfügt über einen Induktionsstuhl, Kisten, Pansen und andere wesentliche Dinge für alle, die sich kochen mögen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, die unglaublich bequem waren, vor allem für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Design ist perfekt, mit einem komfortablen Wohn- und Essensbereich im Erdgeschoss und zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer oben. Eine bedenkliche Berührung, die wir wirklich geschätzt haben, waren die Ladehäfen in jedem Zimmer. Wenn Sie mit Kindern reisen, werden Sie die Sammlung von Büchern und Spielzeug lieben, die helfen, die kleinen unterhaltsam zu halten. Parkplatz konnte nicht bequemer sein, mit einem gezielten Platz direkt außerhalb des Hauses. Die Lage ist auch hervorragend. Happy and Halows Supermärkte sind nur etwa 5-minute wegfahren, und es gibt nur 7-Eleven nur einen 5-minute Spaziergang vom Grundstück, so dass es einfach zu jeder Zeit zu sammeln Gemüse oder Snacks. Der Besitzer hat ganz klar viel Gedanken in die Begegnung und Komfort der Gäste gesetzt. Wir genossen unsere Aufenthalte gründlich und würden nicht zögern, zurückzukehren. Sehr empfohlen für Familien, Paare, oder jemanden, der einen sauberen, komfortablen und gut ausgestatteten Ort sucht, zu bleiben.

We are a family travelling with 3 kids so we drive a car, and factored in luggage space. 1) Vessel hotel has hands-down one of the best beds ever! We checked and realised it was a Simmons mattress so the beds really offered us deep & restful sleep!! Love this! 2) The carpark was right outside the hotel so it was super convenient not having to walk up & down diff storeys to take things from car. We returned to hotel ard 10pm on 1 night & there were no more parking lots! We’d have to park at a multi-storey building that was 12mins walk away, which wld have been v convenient. 3) The breakfast was yummy. We went in summer & enjoyed the Barazushi (Okayama special during festivals) & the rice was sweet, salty, flavourful, and delicious with prawn, eggs, eel, lotus roots (see pic). Really yummy! Try it 4) Hotel staff were very helpful! We asked for an extra luggage stand so we wldnt need to bend too low & they brought it immediately. 5) There’s a big supermarket just across the road with cheap groceries that we stocked up on for our road trip. 6) If you intend to drive, this is a highly recommend hotel in Kurashiki!! Wld stay here again! It was great!

Sehr gut Der Empfangsmann ist sehr gut, freundlich, kümmert sich um ihn. Wenn Sie am Tag des Aufenthalts nahe sind, gibt es eine E-Mail, um Informationen im Voraus zu registrieren. Nach der Ankunft erhalten Sie einen QR-Code für den Eincheck. Die kann gescannt werden, um den Eincheck vorne zu erstellen Es gibt Frühstück 6.30-9.30 sehr lecker, Vielfalt 18.00-20.00 1 kostenloses Getränk pro Person im Restaurant, mit Zitronen und Bier. Im 1. Stock ist ein Sitzbereich, ein Restaurant, ein Automatik-Dispenser, ein Massagestole. Der 4. Stock verfügt über 2 Waschmaschinen (es gibt bereits eine Waschmedikation, keine Notwendigkeit), 2 Trockner, eine Verkaufsmaschine, ein Bierdistributor und ein Comic Bookshop. Insgesamt, sehr beeindruckt und sehr gut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super praktisch. Den JR-Bahnhof erreichen Sie in 5 Minuten und die wunderschöne Gegend erreichen Sie in 10 Minuten. Das Hotel verfügt über umfassende Einrichtungen, darunter einen Billardtisch, eine Executive-Lounge, ein Thermalbad und ein köstliches und reichhaltiges Frühstück . Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber sehr praktisch.

Via Inn Okayama was our 6th hotel on this journey, and its location honestly couldn’t have been better. Being directly connected to Okayama Station made everything very convenient — from getting around to grabbing daily necessities. There were even some supermarkets inside the station, which were super handy. The lobby was on the 5th floor and already set the mood, with an amazing view overlooking the station and the city. Our room was simple and comfortable, featuring a small double bed, a desk by the window, a chair, an air purifier, and a fairly new TV with YouTube and Netflix access — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Space was a little tight when we opened our luggage, but it wasn’t a big issue. Even though the bathroom wasn’t very spacious, it still provided enough room to sit comfortably on the toilet, which we appreciated. The real highlight was the view — an unblocked cityscape right from the room that made both mornings and nights extra special. Convenient, comfortable, and memorable — Via Inn Okayama was a great stay right in the heart of the city.

I stayed at this cabin hotel for two nights to visit Naoshima Island and it was a truly great experience. If you are looking for a unique and high-quality stay, I highly recommend it. The Highlights: • Service & Food: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge standout was the breakfast, it was exceptionally fresh and delicious! • The Cabin: For a ”cabin” style accommodation, the space felt surprisingly roomy. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept quite well. Addressing the ”Security” Concern: Before booking, I was a bit hesitant because of previous reviews mentioning that the cabins do not lock. However, after staying there, I didn't find this to be an issue at all. I never felt unsafe and it didn't take away from the experience. Good to Know: The only thing to be aware of is that since it is a shared sleeping hall, you can hear some noise from other guests. However, in my experience, it was still a very pleasant and calm environment. I honestly have nothing negative to say, it’s a perfect spot for travelers heading to the art islands!

Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Bahnhof Okayama entfernt, aber gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen angeboten werden. Außerdem hat das öffentliche Männerbad wieder geöffnet, sodass es ein guter Ort ist, um sich von der Müdigkeit des Tages zu erholen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und ich denke, dass ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Okayama in diesem Hotel übernachten werde.

The location is nice. Although, I got a smaller room than I saw in the pictures, I couldn’t stand up straight because the roof was so low. Also, there was a short went to another room and I had to craft a curtain because the light from the other room shined straight on my face and you can’t sleep the other way around because there’s not enough room. Furthermore, even though I left my keys for the cleaners, they just left the clean towels and sheets outside my room and told me to do it and the key was left in my door. But the showers and toilets was nice and you have privacy which is nice.
