Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß und komfortabel, schöne Lobby. Das Zimmer hatte doppelschichtige Gräber mit scharfen Drachen, was ein sehr bedenkliches Touch war. Auch wenn das Morgenlicht hell war, fühlte es sich nicht hart. Die einzige Trauer war, dass wir das Hotel Frühstück nicht versuchen konnten diese Zeit, hoffentlich, wir können es bei meinem nächsten Besuch genießen. Es ist ein Hotel, das mich wieder zurück will ~

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend: Der Bahnhof Sendai ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Sendai Morning Market liegt gleich um die Ecke, und das berühmte und köstliche Restaurant Zenjiro mit seiner Rinderzunge befindet sich gleich nebenan. Die Einkaufsstraße Aoba-dori ist ebenfalls nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar! 👍 In der Hotellobby stehen zahlreiche kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung (Mundwasser, Badesalz usw.). Das Hotel selbst ist für Geschäftsreisende gedacht, daher gibt es nicht viele zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten. Außerdem könnte die Schalldämmung verbessert werden; an einigen Abenden konnte ich die lauten Geräusche der Gäste unten hören. Insgesamt kann ich einen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen.

Perfekte Lage des Hotels. Ein paar Schritte zu den Einkaufsstraßen, Restaurants, Gemüsegeschäften und bequemen Geschäften. Ein paar Minuten zu Bahnhöfen zu Fuß. Das Hotel war sauber und wir wurden ein Familienzimmer anstelle eines Doppelbettzimmers mit Fenstern auf der Hauptstraße, wo die Einkaufsstraßen sind. Personal waren alle schön.Preis war vernünftig, da es nicht eine besetzte Saison war. Frühstück war für den Preis vernünftig. Würde ich gerne nächstes Mal wieder auf dieser Seite bleiben. Danke.

The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Sehr komfortables, warmes und aufmerksames Hotel! Das Frühstück ist eine japanische Küche mit großer Sorgfalt, aber es ist schade, dass die Kinder nicht essen können! Die öffentliche Suppe ist nicht groß, aber sauber und komfortabel! Das nächste Mal werde ich überlegen, meine Freunde mitzubringen, um gemeinsam zu entspannen und Urlaub zu machen!

我住的房間可能是新裝修～榻榻米味道還在～服務有管家式～首先有專人介紹設施及服務時間～也會帶你上房間～晚餐也有人介紹食品。服務非常週到。但浴場衛生情度比較差～眼見梳洗處有很多頭髮～另外梳洗面盤只有5個。人多時可能要上房吹髮。

Die Hotelzimmer waren ausreichend, die Betten bequem, der Wasserdruck gut und die Duschen angenehm. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmerfenster war schön und weitläufig, ohne dabei erdrückend zu wirken. Der Service an der Rezeption war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Lobby versprühte athenisches Flair, und beim Abendessen sorgte Live-Musik für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, sodass die Gäste das Essen in vollen Zügen genießen konnten.

The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different . Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai.
