The hotel near the Tazawako lake and it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the lake, make it a good alternative if you want to check out the lake but not staying there. The onsen water is okay but nothing compared to those when you go up to Nyuto. There are a few cherry trees outside the hotel and it is beautiful in May.

Even though the hotel is located in the highlands very far (not within walking distance) from JR Tazawako Station, with the help of the hotel staff at JR Inn Sapporo JRイン 札幌 where I stayed at from May 7 to 10, she helped me to call KAMENOI HOTEL TAZAWAKO亀の井ホテル 田沢湖 to book the hotel's station pick-up service (complimentary) from JR Tazawako Station (田沢湖駅) but had to wait quite a while as the hotel’s pick-up is only available at 3.30pm. There isn’t much to do around the area which has a lot of abandoned buildings, shops and hotels etc. in a state of akiya. But that doesn’t dampen my mood at all as I get to immerse myself in the traditional Japanese ryokan experience of buffet dinner and breakfast (both were excellent), onsen and wearing the traditional yukata. Although the hotel’s open-air onsen (rotemburo) was temporarily closed due to damage during the winter period, the hotel has partnered with another nearby hotel to allow guests to make use of the other hotel’s rotemburo.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It's attached to the mall in the Akita JR station and is sandwiched between a 7/11 convenience store and a Starbucks coffee! Also excellent food joints nearby includiing an awesome noodles joint 1min walk. The room was bigger than standard rooms at Japanese hotels and the reception crew was friendly and attentive. I had stores my bags in the morning and went back in the afternoon to check in and the staff had already brought it to my room- lovely attention to details. I think I will come to Akita again just to stay at this hotel as it was amazing

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber zum Glück sind die Zimmer groß und die sanitären Einrichtungen sind ziemlich gut. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Thermalquelle, eine für Männer und eine für Frauen. Es gibt auch zwei private Thermalquellen, die anzeigen, ob die private Thermalquelle in Betrieb ist ist jemand, und wenn das Licht aus ist, ist niemand da. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Auto, das Sie um 20:00 Uhr nach Tsurinoyu bringen kann! frei! Sie können etwa eine Stunde lang darin baden. Die Übernachtungsgebühr ist es absolut wert. Frühstück und Abendessen sind ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Authentische und einfache japanische Landküche. zu guter Letzt! Das Beste am Hotel ist seine Lage in einem Pinienwald, an dem ein Bach vorbeifließt. Man kann flussaufwärts laufen und den Wasserfall sehen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Es bietet Abendessen und Frühstück Steppdecken auf dem Bett während des Essens. Das wichtigste Thermalbad des Hotels ist einzigartig. Zusätzlich zu den öffentlichen Badehäusern, die für Männer und Frauen getrennt sind, gibt es auch unabhängige kleine Badehäuser, die für Familien reserviert werden können gemeinsam ein Bad nehmen.

Dienst: Sehr neuartiges Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich Einrichtungen: Super neuer, der Platz ist ausreichend, um zwei 24-Zoll-Gepäcktaschen zu öffnen, der Halle mit kaltem/heißem Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool Frühstück: Vielfältiges, viele lokale Spezialitäten Verkehrsstelle: Die Station geht weniger als 500 m aus, mit Handschellen oder Elektrösen können Gepäcktaschen ziehen. Neben dem Hotel ist der Hooflosspool des Millennium Park. Sie können mit der natürlichen Landschaft nebenan gehen. Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es 7-11 Bequeme Laden, die Funktion ist sehr bequem.

Service - der Service war einer der besten und gastfreundlichsten in Japan, dem ich begegnet bin Lage - es liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom JR-Bahnhof Yuze Onsen entfernt (obwohl es eine lokale Linie mit nicht sehr häufigen Zügen ist - etwa 3-4 pro Tag). aber sie haben einen Shuttle-Service, um diese 2 Minuten Fahrt zurückzulegen! Abendessen - das Essen war gut präsentiert und lecker. onsen - Es gibt 2 Onsens, einen drinnen und einen draußen im Schnee. Sie waren komfortabel (obwohl sie keine fantastische Aussicht hatten, aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck). Die Temperatur stimmte und wir hatten fast alles für uns alleine.

This hotel is right next to a underground rock concert shop. It has frequent tenants who played there or attend the concerts there. If you are driving , you won’t be able to get their parking slots as it mostly reserved for the regulars. The nearby parking lots charges 400 Y from 4pm-8am so if you arrive shortly after check in time and decide to head out early the next day, you may use the 2 carparks that is right beside the hotel. If you can’t make it in time, the hotel cheapest parking option is behind Lawson where they have monthly season parking lots. It’s 600 yen per night from 3pm to 10am. room wise, price to value is below average probably becos of high demand in the vicinity. As for cleanliness, can be better improve. My aircon filter and air filter machine was producing really moldy and smell air , probably from previous guests who sweated in the room. Was a big turn off lucky I came during autumn, can just open the window to get cold air in.
