気持ち良い接客に癒されます。
広い敷地には葡萄畑に囲まれたロッジが立つ。
サウナにプールにジャグジーもあって言う事なし。
食事も大変おいしかったです。オススメ❣️

OO1234Before arrival I had first contact with trip email to the hotel possibility, and later also with
Whatsapp. The contact was good and reactions were fast. A previous Trip review stated, that he had to pay again after paying on Trip. In my case he kindly asked if I had paid already, so there is improvement. The room was, as expected. I liked the poasibilty of opening a window and the nice balcony. I had a very good sleep. I could only see 2 minor possibilties of imlrovement. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go out in the night to find the guy. He somehow knew that I was coming, so it was solved quickly (contrary to my expectation in the description there was not a clear reception, which actually could be expected as it is a very small hotel. The second opportunity for improvement could be the door. It gave some issues with closing. I might therefore have prodhced some noise in the night, my excuses to the neighbour.
When I arrived I told that I wanted to go to Tblisi, he said that the bus was the best way to do this and that he would bring me. In the morning he woke me up and brought me to the bus station, I arrived at a good time in Tblisi.
I did take some pictures from the kitchen There was free coffee, creamer and tea.

GGastnutzerОстанавливались в отеле Balcony на 4 ночи. В целом, нам всё очень понравилось: мы искали недорогой вариант с хорошим расположением и необходимыми удобствами, и всё это мы нашли в нашем отеле.
Плюсы:
1) великолепный зал с панорамными видом на 4 этаже, где проходят завтраки. Но зал был открыт в течение всего дня, и мы спокойно приходили выпить чай и перекусить своей едой
2) вкусный и разнообразный завтрак: салаты, каша/гарнир, сосиски, отварные яйца, хлеб, чай, кофе и иногда фрукты. Шведский стол, но если постояльцев мало, то накрывают индивидуально
3) наш номер с двуспальной и односпальной кроватью был просторный и достаточно удобный. У нас был кондиционер, холодильник, фен. Также приятно порадовали халаты и тапочки для гостей.
4) с персоналом отеля всегда можно было связаться через WhatsApp, все были приветливы и отзывчивы
Минусы:
1) уборки за 4 дня в номере не было, под конец уже было не очень чисто
2) в номер иногда заходили муравьи с улицы, но мы не оставляли еду, поэтому проблем с ними не возникло

IInna SamoilovaОстанавливались на 3 ночи, получилось 2 полных дня в Кутаиси. Для нас расположение было удобным, я приехала из Тбилиси на поезде. Отель рядом с жд вокзалом. Заселение быстрое. Номер достаточно просторный, удобная кровать, чмстое белье, полотенца. Есть все необходимое, гели-шампуни, зубные щётки. Есть чайник, чай, кофе, дают по 0,5 воды ежедневно. Халаты, разовые тапочки. Завтраки хорошие, шведский стол, выбор достаточный. Уборка ежедневно, но мы отказывались, т.к.в номере только ночевали. Основные достопримечательности Кутаиси обошли пешком, от отеля до центральной площади минут 20. Остались вполне довольны выбранный отелем.

Good place for this price. The host is friendly and willing to share some tips about nearby places of interest.
The house offers most of the amenities you might require - shower, washing machine, big bed and a small table.
Take note that the house is up on the hill, so you'll have to take a small ”hike” to get back from the city. On the other hand, the place is quite and grocery store is nearby.
Also, don't count on the wi-fi and the fridge - let's just say that these resources are limited.

Das Hotel ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber, mit bequemen Betten und ruhiger Umgebung. Das Personal war höflich, aber nicht sehr aufmerksam – ich musste zweimal nach zusätzlichen Handtüchern fragen.
Die Lage ist ein Pluspunkt, wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte. Einige Cafés und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich – ausreichend, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für preisbewusste Reisende, aber erwarten Sie keinen Luxus.
✅ Empfehlenswert für Kurzaufenthalte oder auf der Durchreise.

Отель расположен в тихом месте, от центра Кутаиси относительно недалеко, но нужно подниматься в горку. Есть кухня, холл на первом этаже, уютная терраса на третьем с потрясающим видом на горы. Сам отель напоминает гостевой дом, все сделано с душой: интересный интерьер, личная библиотека. Все вопросы решались быстро, также был предложен трансфер по окрестностям Кутаиси. Из недочетов: нам не хватило оснащения в ванной, было бы здорово установить более устойчивую полку для душевых принадлежностей и сам порожек в душ (вода затекала и было довольно скользко); предоставить фен, хотя его можно самостоятельно попросить. Также были доступны услуги прачечной.
Отелю желаем процветания!

OOrdevGroßer Ort, wenn Sie spät oder Nacht ankommen! Sie haben uns kostenlos vom Flughafen in der Mitte der Nacht, was super bequem war. Das Hotel liegt halbwegs zwischen dem Flughafen und dem Stadtzentrum, so ist es einfach zu erreichen. Das Personal war wirklich nett und half uns, ein Taxi zu finden, als wir es brauchten. Alles war reibungslos und gut organisiert definitiv empfehlen!
