I just got check in at 21.00 on 5/1/26 when I got in hotel they have 2 reception she ask all kind of thing like do I have a car and I have to put 1.01 pound for deposit and then she give me one paper i need to sight 3 time with my name and put my email address. But .....but they have another guest with another receptionist after them deposit she just give them the key to go to room immediately. So I ask my receptionist that I with her that why they don't need to sign anything. Why I get treat different????? I ask the receptionistthat she services me but another one receptionist she's speaking to me that what she do with the guest it not something to do with me. And acting not polite to me . And then she just call her guest to come back and sign paper same me so I say to receptionist that still service me that I have right to ask why I got different service i already paid same them.and I don't have a car same them why they got the key straight away but only me sight. If I don't mention it another reception will not bring paper out for them to sign . I not mind nut injustice wonder. Only wonder so I ask politely but another receptionist she's not very nice to me . This is first time I am in this hotel. I been all over the world this first time I got very unimpressed from receptions and I request the room far away from lift but I got room very close to the lift. Room is clean amenity is perfect. Just reception at front very turn me down already. I been many hilton all over the world I travel a lot this is first time I get low service from receptionist. They represented very well 👍👍👍👍

I requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience.

Ok also für den Preispunkt, ist dies ein absoluter Steal. Zimmer war sauber, mit Handtüchern und Rollen ausgestattet. Sie können auch die Temperatur anpassen. Dankeschön kann ich den AC wechseln. Der Service war gut. Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen wirklich. Ich hatte auch kostenfreies Wasser

Gute Service beim Ankunft. Das Frühstück war eine zusätzliche Kosten, hatte nicht. Kein Kaffee oder Tee in dem Zimmer verfügbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, nicht Doppelbett, sondern Einzelbetten. Ticket Boxen für gutes Budgetzimmer. Kosten für Zimmer Menge Wert war mehr in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Einfache Buchung und Ein- und Auscheckung reibungslos

Von der Ankunft bis zum zweiten, den ich verließ, fühlte ich mich wirklich umgekommen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich das Zimmer war unspottlos Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel. Alles war perfekt und überstieg meine Erwartungen. Das war eine der besten Hotelerfahrungen, die ich je hatte. Ich kann nicht warten, um zurückzukommen. Sehr empfehlen. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. The inclusive evening package was definitely worth the upgrade, felt like an airport loung. Breakfast was lovely and great choices. Beds were nice and comfy and rooms were clean. Location for accessibility was great just not in the most desirable area , overall a brilliant stay

It was a truly magical stay. The bed, the bathroom, Breakfast and everything was amazing. I was so tempted to stay another night but I couldn’t. The man at the front desk I cannot remember his name was very helpful, the ladies at breakfast were very polite and helpful as well. I will be coming back when I stay in Leeds

Kann nicht falten die Lage, wirklich handliche Autobahnverbindungen zu Leeds nur eine kurze Fahrt von Wakefield. Frühstück ist wirklich gut, gut gekocht und leicht ausgefüllt. Allerdings waren die Tische nicht gereinigt, und es schien kein Personal um es zu tun. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, aber die Teppiche brauchten einen guten Shampoo, und der Duscheboden hatte Haare auf sie.

Great location for our stay, central for what we were there for. Pricey for what you get but for the time of year it was to be expected. This was a very rare mother/daughter night away for my daughters 15th birthday, info as added to our “special occasion section” upon booking but sadly no note or card upon arrival. Hotel was spotless but our room (209) had a potent stench of sewerage upon check in. Bed was SO comfy which was a plus. S

We strongly recommend this hotel where we have stayed many times before. The service, free breakfast, rooms and location are excellent. The location is very close to trains and buses and also only a short walking distance to the City Centre. Really excellent for a wonderful short break.
