Recht neues schickes Hotel neben dem Flughafen und Bahnhof. Recht lange Fahrt mit der Tram in die Innenstadt. Zimmer schick, mit Klimaanlage aber die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Regendusche, bequeme Betten mit weicher Matratze. Frühstück in Buffetform, Auswahl in Ordnung. Für Kurzreise oder Anschlussflug sehr zu empfehlen.

Obwohl es ein kleines Problem mit dem System gab, als ich ankam, hat der Empfangsmann es sehr professionell handhabt, was mich sehr schätzen lässt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und hat eine sehr beeindruckende Aussicht. Der Fitnessraum, der Schwimmbad, das Essen ...all machen alles perfekter. Ich werde sicherlich mehr Freunde einführen und nächstes Mal wiederkommen.

Schön, komfortabel und sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm und bietet Ihnen einen kostenlosen Aufenthalt. Es gab auch keine Störung und kostenfreie Parkplätze. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt hier.

The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

Neues Hotel, excellente Lage zum Flughafen Manchester ! Reception ist sehr klein und ist bei starkem Andrang überlastet. Zimmer sind modern aber funktional eingerichtet. Ich war zufrieden und kann das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit Nähe zum Flughafen sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fernbusbahnhofs und von Chinatown und ist von vielen Restaurants umgeben. Es kostet nur 47 £ pro Nacht, inklusive Frühstücksbuffet und Twining-Teebeuteln, was sehr kostengünstig ist! Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass die Schalldämmwirkung des Hotels recht schlecht ist und mitten in der Nacht das Laufgeräusch auf dem Flur zu hören ist. Ich habe mich für einen fensterlosen Raum entschieden und es fehlte an Temperaturkontrolle, so dass es in der Winterunterkunft etwas stickig wirken kann. Was das Sommeraufenthaltserlebnis betrifft, ist es vielleicht noch schwieriger, es sich vorzustellen!

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘

The room was clean and cosy and front-desk was friendly and responsive. We booked mainly to check out the pool, spa and gym as advertised by the hotel. So it was really disappointing when we found out that these facilities were closed on Xmas day and on other days operated at limited hours when we were there. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are operated by a separate company from the hotel. That meant operating hours of those facilities are not catered for hotel guests at all. And it also meant sharing the facilities with members of the gym. So if you’re thinking of staying here and using the gym or pool, just bear those things in mind. Breakfast selection was quite limited. Very bare selection of any salads or greens. Quite embarrassing as well to see that clean plates were not available several times when there were less than 20 covers at breakfast. I understand it was the holiday season and the hotel is understaffed. But I’m sure this is not the first Christmas or NYE the hotel has encountered.

Im Zentrum von Manchester gelegen, gibt es eine Straßenbahn nicht weit von der Tür entfernt. Nach Selfridges sind es zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten Das Spa im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt dort tolle Gesichtsbehandlungen. Obwohl das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen ist, wurde die Toilette renoviert Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief relativ schnell, aber niemand bot Hilfe beim Gepäck an, was etwas enttäuschend war. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und ich werde weiterhin bleiben!

Das Hotel liegt direkt an Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen und ist daher ideal für alle, die auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen sind. Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Das junge, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal steht zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Schöne Lage direkt am Kai. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber, aber nicht besonders bequem. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher oder andere Extras im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, was bei Hitze unangenehm sein kann. Die Dusche hat einen guten Wasserdruck. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
