Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im OYO Newquay Beach Hotel wirklich genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war froh, dass ich aufgrund der hohen Auslastung ein Upgrade von einem Einzel- auf ein Doppelbettzimmer bekommen habe. Die Lage ist gut, da es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (ca. 5 Minuten) und 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt ist. Ich habe das Essen im eleganten Restaurant genossen und fand den Service freundlich.

Kann nichts höher als erstaunlich sagen. Große Lage für Eden Projekt, Lanhydrock House und Looe. Wir hatten ein außergewöhnliches Wochenende. Personal geht gut oben und weiter, um Ihren Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu machen! Großes Zimmer. Immer sauber. Nicht zu teuer für Nahrungsmittel oder Getränke und Lebensmittel immer gut. Fantastisches Frühstück. In der Wahrheit ist es das Personal, das dieses Hotel am besten macht. Wer wird bald zurückkehren.

Das Hotel war ein schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Spa-Landschaft und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war gut und wir wurden nett auf ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit erstaunlichen Aussichten upgradiert.

The Premier Inn suited our purpose but can’t say the same for restaurant next door!
Biggest complaint was the fact no toilet paper in disabled toilet! Really embarrassing situation and the floor generally needed a good scrub. Noticed mirrors in restaurant could do with a shine, table tops were sticky, window ledges outside have obviously not been cleaned for months and skirting boards the same . It generally needs a good overhaul. Food nothing to write home about and very mediocre. This sadly reflects on the
Premier and would think twice about staying again.
Sorry to be the bearer of this sad report but being honest l.

GGastnutzerThe hotel itself was a great experience and we did enjoy the novelty of staying in the prison which I would recommend to anyone.
Upon arrival we were welcome by the team but very basic information was given, leading to us missing a tour of the hotel which we were told was included in the price. The manager then offered for one of the team to do a later tour for just the two of us which was cut short, very awkward and definitely not worth the money paid for. If we had been advised of the tour with the bigger group when checking in we may have had a better experience.
We decided to book dinner at the chapel to experience it as much as we could but dinner was poor. We had to wait for our table, 3 different people asked for our name before we sat down and then again a fourth person checked once we were sat down. With minimal staff on the service was poor to say the least and The burger ordered was pretty much raw, I did not finish it. Once we had finished no one came to ask if we wanted anything else or to look at a dessert menu. We left the restaurant with no one even there working! Not sure where the team had disappeared to.
Breakfast was good and would recommend it.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns von Jess in der Bar mit einem sehr freundlichen freundlichen freundlichen Empfang überprüft. Der Geruch der Sauberkeit entstand uns, als wir in unser riesiges Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Schrank, Kleidung Tisch, einfachen Stühlen und riesiges Badezimmer mit Doppelwand im Dusche, Dusche, Toilette und Heizungsstrahlrätin gelaufen. riesiges Zimmer für Cornwall und unschädlich. Wir kühlten und wandten sich um Tintagel Castle und dann zurück zum Pub zum Abendessen. Es ist ein umfangreiches Menü mit riesigen Teilen. Es gab kein Problem mit Pub-Geräusch und wir schliefen gut, wach für ein umfangreiches Frühstück, das mit einer Auswahl von Getreide und Getreide beginnt, dann Full English, Tee, Kaffee und Saft! Wir konnten dann ein paar Stunden nach dem Auschecken um 10 Uhr parkieren, um um Tintagel zu wandeln.
Es kann nicht wirklich empfehlen, King Arthurs Arme genug und vor allem nur für alle Eltern mit Kindern sicher, freundlich und untergebracht und schreien nach Jess für einen super freundlichen Service überall!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist groß und die Mitarbeiter sind höflich. Das Zimmer ist akzeptabel und ist noch klar. Der Wasserdruck von Flocken ist gut, es gibt viele Verwendungen für die Reinigung und die Windmühle sind stark.
Frühstück ist eine Form von Selbsthilfe, obwohl es viele Optionen gibt, genügt es.

GGastnutzerEin schönes Willkommen, wie wir von Tommy in der Bar gegrüßt und in unser Zimmer gezeigt wurden. Wir gingen zurück zur Bar und trinken. Die Bar bietet eine gute Auswahl an Bierlager und Wein.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und war groß für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Bett war ein Doppel mit einer Matratzen, die für uns etwas weich war, aber das ist, weil wir eine sehr feste Matratzen zu Hause haben.
Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich und freundlich. Leider, weil unser Aufenthalt am Sonntag und Montag war, konnten wir das Restaurant nutzen, da es für diese beiden Abende geschlossen wurde, aber das Menü sah sehr nett aus.
Wir bezahlten für das Frühstück für zwei Morgen bei £15 pro Kopf pro Tag und es war sehr gut. Yoghurt, Obst, warme Krusten und Getreide waren an der Ankunft am Tisch und dann wurden wir eine Auswahl an gekochtem Frühstück, entweder ein komplettes englisches, Bacon oder Sauce sandwiches und geschrotet Ei mit geräuchertem Lachs angeboten. Wir hatten ein Problem einen Morgen, aber das war zu unserer Zufriedenheit sortiert.
Wir empfehlen St Tudy Inn für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerHas everything you may need for a night's stay. Bed was comfortable. It wasn't very clean, with cobwebs in every corner of the room and a couple spiders aswell. I had to get rid of a few mosquitos as well. There was dust on light fittings and lamp shades, the bathroomlifght switch didnt look like it had been cleaned. The room had a very noticeable damp smell in the air and there were small spots of what looked like mould, on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet seat was stained a yellow colour 🤢(its only a few quid for a new 1🫤). The carpet hadn't seemed to be hoovered before I arrived as there was some dirt and dead insects lying around. Luckily I didn't have to spend too much time in the room, most of the time I was sleeping, otherwise I would have asked to stay in another room to be very honest. The breakfast was really good though!

GGastnutzerI can't begin to tell you how great the choice of this hotel was. We booked it as was going the the theatre to see the Luther tribute band who were amazing at the Hall for Cornwall. Under a minute from the hotel.
There was free parking right in the centre of the town which we managed to arrive early and use this facility.
We booked a queen size bed which was huge and very comfortable. The rooms are a tad tired but totally acceptable.
The staff in the bar were lovely and accommodating. This went from day and night staff!
This is the perfect hotel for shopping in Truro too.
Can't wait for our next visit! Fitted in a visit to Truro Cathedral too, truly inspiring!

GGastnutzerClean, comfortable room with good heating - which was appreciated during a cold snap that coincided with our visit. The wi-fi was reliable, and there was a TV, tea and coffee making equipment and a modern bathroom. Contrary to what some other reviews say, the beds are comfortable with good pillows. There is no fridge or in-room safe, but we did not require those things. The staff were friendly and bar and restaurant facilities were available if required. The ”full Cornish” breakfast was good although not over large. The location is excellent for a range of local services and beaches. Constructive suggestion: add a soap tray in the shower. even if this is just one that clips on to the shower head riser bar.

AAna SakandelidzeAbsolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—right by the river and close to beautiful gardens and stunning views. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant; the food was incredibly delicious and way beyond our expectations, especially for the price. It felt like a fancy dining experience without the hefty bill.
We had requested a non-carpeted room, and were so happy they accommodated it. The view from our window was just gorgeous. Everything about the place was peaceful, and the facilities were top-notch—jacuzzi, warm indoor pool, saunas, and even options to try golf or tennis.
Overall, such a great experience for the price. We both left feeling relaxed and grateful. Thank you!
