Hotel totalmente recomendable,teníamos habitación doble con vistas al exterior,muy acogedora,con decoración moderna y la situación a dos calles del centro,para subir es cuesta arriba pero en la calle hay escaleras mecánicas que te llevan a la calle del hotel y lo mejor el desayuno muy completo con mucha variedad.me alojaría de nuevo sin duda y los chic@s de la recepción muy amables.

Das Apartment hat einen erstaunlichen Blick auf die Felder. Es ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Das große King size Bett ist super komfortabel. ensuite jacuzzi ist wunderbar. Es ist jedoch völlig vom Haupthotel isoliert, so dass wir nach außen zum Frühstück, zum Restaurant und zum Auschecken gehen müssen. Es ist ein bisschen lustig, weil es stark regnete, als wir auscheckten. Es ist schwer, alle Gepäck, Bin-Beutel und Schatten gleichzeitig zu beherrschen. Obwohl die Wohnungsgebühr viel höher ist als die Hotel Spa Villa, wir hatten weniger Service und Ausstattung. So wurde beispielsweise die Hauspflege nicht einbezogen, so dass wir unsere Bin-Beutel in den Sammlungspunkt auswählen müssen. Die Thermalpools sind daher viel kleiner als Spa Villa und waren besonders am Wochenende, als es viele Familien und Kinder gab, mehr als ein öffentliches Pool. Alle Kinder mögen die Erwachsenenpools anstatt ihres Kindes Pools! Nicht wert für Geld. Wir beantragten am Tag der Abreise am 7:00 Uhr Frühstückspackung, weil wir frühzeitig fliegen. Einer der Mitarbeiter weigerte sich und sagte, sie müssten den Restaurantzeittafel folgen, die 8-11am sind. Wir fragten eine andere Dame, Rachel, am nächsten Tag und sie war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, sie kommunizierte mit dem Kaffee und arrangierte ein Frühstückspaket mit Eiern, Kaffee, Wasser und Obst für uns um 7 Uhr. Rachel ist wunderbar und das Hotel braucht mehr Personal wie sie, die den besten Kundenservice anbietet.

Lovely small hotel. In a great location. 10 mins walk to Old Town. 25 mins to beach. Bus stops directly outside the hotel which is very useful. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. I can strongly recommend The Magnolia restaurant 10/10. Some of the best food I've ever had in Spain and a beautiful setting. Book in advance and ask for top terrace. Superb. The hotel pool is small but big enough to cool down in. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but breakfast and drinks are provided in your room. A nice touch. You also get a glass of cava while you get booked in. Miroslava ( Mexican) was great. She couldn't be more helpful. The only down side was the room design. The reading lights are too low. If you want to read in bed the only place for the pillows is over the lights. Totally impracticable and very uncomfortable 😕 A small gripe. Would recommend.

The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Das war ein wunderschönes Hotel! Es war sehr sauber und die Lage war erstaunlich. Es ist buchstäblich am Strand und es ist so sauber und beliebter Strand. Das Restaurant serviert begrenzte Speisen, aber was wir bestellt waren lecker. Das Frühstück war gut, aber die Dame, die am Frühstück arbeitete, war sehr abrupt und machte Sie sich unbehaglich. Ich würde auch gerne ein Kettle in meinem Zimmer, aber natürlich verstehe ich, dass es Sie zum Restaurant führt.Die Dusche war seltsam, weil es keine Tür oder Garten hatte und keine Wahl, die Dusche angeschlossen zu haben, so dass Sie es halten mussten. Das Wetter war auf der kühlen Seite und nicht über 24 Grad anstieg, aber es war warm, manchmal bin ich in der Nacht, so dass ich annehmen könnte es unbehaglich in Sommerhöhen.

Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get.

I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure. The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

Schönes und schönes Hotel mit einem großen Buffet Frühstück zu einem guten Preis. Es überschreitet MIE Wünsche. Ana, Antonio und Son haben eine wunderbare Art, ihre Kundenla zu behandeln. Und Merce, der Hausmeister ist immer auf der Suche, Ihnen bei allem, was Sie brauchen, zu helfen. Sie ist absolut das Beste, ein reales Vermögen für diese Firma. Mein einziger Vorschlag ist, Sicherheitsbars in den Badezimmern zu installieren. Aber es ist ein toller Ort zu bleiben, sei es einsam oder mit fani.familie. Junge Kinder genießen den Schwing auf dem schönen Garten

A pesar de algunas reseñas malas, todo fue bastante bien. La habitación era limpia y luminosa, con un televisor muy grande y camas cómodas. Tenían la calefacción, que funcionaba muy bien. Solo hubo tres cosas pequeñas que no me gustaron: 1. La ventana estaba un poco rota y no conseguí cerrarla completamente, pero no fue una gran molestia por esta razón. 2. La manta me pareció que olía un poco mal. 3. Preferiría que estuviera incluido un tubito de pasta dental. Pero, con este precio y todo lo bueno, puedo decir que es un buen sitio.

Lovely family run hotel situated in the outskirts of Santander , in a rural location with stunning views. Javier the host was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and the shower is superb. Breakfast was perfect, with delicious Spanish offerings. We want to come back to stay longer, as so much to do in surrounding areas and this is a great place to stay. The only thing that could be improved would be to provide a fan or air conditioning unit .
