The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Ich habe viele Kleidung auf dem Umschlag des Balkons gewaschen. Als ich zurückkam, fand ich, dass das Personal mir die Platten für spezielle Kleidung geöffnet und mir die Kleidung dorthin gelegt hat, wo ich die Sonne erwischen kann. Vielen Dank. Das Hotel hat einen weißen Sandstrand, der ruhige Stimmung ist sehr gut für Kinder. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker, Mittagessen und Abendessen können Sie bestellen, der Koch ist nett und schließlich hat eine große Platte Früchte gegeben. Sehr gute Erinnerung.

Fantastischer Ort, sehr sauber, sehr geräumig. Es gibt viel zu tun. Ich empfehle, ein Auto mitzunehmen, da es etwa 1 bis 1,5 Stunden von Alexandria entfernt ist. Buchen Sie das Hotel zwischen Juli und Ende August. Es gibt einen beheizten Innenpool und einen kalten Außenpool. Außerdem gibt es einen Strand, ein Fitnessstudio, eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool. Als ich dort war, waren Whirlpool und Sauna jedoch nicht verfügbar. Es gibt einen Raum mit zwei kleinen Billardtischen, einem Fußballplatz im Freien, einem Basketballplatz und einem Tennis-/Badmintonplatz. Wasserpark, Late-Night-Unterhaltung. Die Frau namens Sara am Concierge ist sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. Die Gastfreundschaft war fantastisch, selbst für sie, glaube ich, die Managerin. Sie erlaubte mir sogar einen kostenlosen späten Check-out, aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr geräumig und die Zimmer sind auch sehr geräumig. Das Essen war gut, aber nichts Besonderes.

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Spending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect! What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel begann falsch, aber erwies sich in einzigartiges Erlebnis. Ich hatte einige Probleme, als ich ankam wegen einiger Missverständnisse, aber Amani, der Manager hat es sehr gut geleistet und ich hatte eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Sie ist sehr gut für ihre Kunden und macht sie sich begrüßen.  Der Ort ist magisch, sehr schön und mit einem wunderbaren Design. Sie können nur im Garten kühlen. Ich hatte mit ihr zu Abend und einige Freunde in der Wüste zu essen, sie kochten alles mit dem Feuer, es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Ich wünschte, ich könnte mehr bleiben. Ich empfehle es sehr. Der Ort wird Sie entspannt und ein wenig langsamer fühlen. 😊

Das Hotel gefällt mir, das Personal ist gut, geht auf Konzessionen . Aber die einzige kann das Problem nicht mit dem Eintritt in die KPP lösen, wartete 20 Minuten, als ich genehmigt wurde, zeigt meine Reservierung. Es war natürlich nicht angenehm. Und so, wie für Lebensmittel und Unterkünfte 10/10

We had a good stay in the hotel, the room was so clean (thanks to the amazing house keeping team), and the food was fantastic (thanks to the restaurant team “cookers and staff”), the pools were so clean and the beach is well taken care of. The only thing, is that the reception team were not that helpful, they knew we were couple but they booked us a room in between a very noisy young people, so it was really very annoying. Another issue, I asked them to prepare a small surprise for my wife because of our anniversary but they didn’t do anything, which was so disappointing.
