I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

這是我埃及行中最滿意的酒店，沒有之一。酒店每個細節做的是行業的標桿。以後去中東旅行，首選Adress這個品牌。這裏的職員培訓到位，服務很好。在餐廳吃了二次晚餐，其中的番茄湯和甜點給我留下美好的印象。大堂那裡的晚霞很美。出了酒店可以去看看地中海的海灘，步行十五分鐘。早餐不錯，種類雖然不是很多，勝在精緻。總體很滿意。酒店有停車場。

We had a great time at Address Marassi Golf Resort. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze and fast. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Room service was excellent and clean all the time, with delicious food delivered promptly to our door whenever we wanted it. It made eating with kids hassle-free. The concierge staff was very kind and helpful when we needed them. Speaking of kids, my kid loved the hotel's play area. It kept him entertained for hours while we relaxed. It was safe, fun, and perfect for families like ours. Special thanks to Asma and Ashrak. Overall, our stay was great. Great service, comfortable rooms, and lots of fun for the kids. We will definitely come back

This hotel was the best i’ve ever been to! The staff their is super friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone is smiling and wants to leave you with an amazing experience! Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a luxury and classy stay :)

Oh, what a wonderful place! Incredibly attentive staff who go out of the way to address you slightest whim. Breakfast is as delicious as it gets, special thanks to Islam who made our experience the most enjoyable! The hotel is impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated. Simply the best. I really enjoying my stay here ..starting from checking in the front office receptionists are very helpful ..restaurants breakfast experience is great they are very helpful and friendly especially Eman Abd Allah she is super welcoming and very helpful, Mary as well very friendly and Islam as well ..All staff in restaurants are truly professional and serving customers with respect and love .. House keepers Amer is really good and very polite.. I think this hotel deserved 7 stars not 5 .. I like the Golf Club landscape ( different trees and flowers) ..give me Peace of mind ❤️
