Estadia com conforto necessário e tranquilidade. Ambientes do hotel muito limpos e atendentes sempre muito atenciosos. Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos.

Lage ist topp- direkt an der Copacabana- mit dem 30. Stock der höchste Pool an der Copacabana ; leider Pool sehr klein, manchmal keine Handtücher; keine umkleide- duschen und umziehen in der Sauna geht 😉 empfohlen Upgrade auf super Luxus darin ist ein Frühstück im Restaurant im 30. Stock mit Blick auf die Copacabana drin - super. Leider ist WLAN eine Qual 🥹 ständig neu einwählen- das können auch viel billigere Hotels besser 🙄

Habe ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht. Aber ich bekam ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Favela-Slum. Dieses Hotel wurde in den 1970er Jahren erbaut, aber das Design ist immer noch veraltet. Hotels sind bei der Gästekontrolle sehr streng. Wenn Sie ein Zimmer für eine Person buchen, aber mehrere Personen eintreffen, funktioniert es möglicherweise nicht. Die Zimmerausstattung ist durchschnittlich, keine Hausschuhe, kein Duschgel und kein Mineralwasser. Ist es nicht zu schäbig, mit solcher Hardware ein Stück Seife zu haben? Der Fitnessraum im 2. Stock ist schön groß. Das Schwimmbad ist auch groß, aber die Sauna ist nicht heiß. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, nicht viel Auswahl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt recht gut, viel günstiger als im Sheraton nebenan.

Gostei muito da estadia, os funcionários todos muito educados e prestativos,a localização é ótima, 3 minutos da estação Catete, o único ponto é que o hotel é antigo e talvez precise de uma reforma para dar uma modernizada. Fora isso, tudo perfeito.

Tolle Lage, um Lapa und das Zentrum von Rio de Janeiro zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Betten sind bequem und die Sauberkeit ist großartig. Das Restaurant bietet hochwertige Mahlzeiten zu einem fairen Preis. Die Poolterrasse bietet eine perfekte Umgebung für Entspannung und Unterhaltung mit hochwertiger Musik, aber es gibt ein Problem mit Wasserlecks in den Duschkabinen. Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, das gleiche Problem trat dreimal in drei verschiedenen Apartments auf . Trotz des Problems empfehle ich meinen Freunden Vila Galé da Lapa in Rio de Janeiro.

Bom custo benefício. O hotel estava em obras, mas não atrapalhou em nada. Excelente localização. Poderiam renovar o guarda sol que oferecem pra praia.

I booked JW Marriott Copacabana because, surprisingly, the price wasn’t much higher than nearby 3–4 star hotels. The location is truly premium, right on Copacabana Beach and the rooftop overlooks the entire beach, which is a huge plus. My room faced the inside of the building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy, which made the room quite dark. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were generally nice, but everything felt quite slow check-in, check-out, room service requests, and even housekeeping. Breakfast was good in quality but exactly the same every day. Getting a table in the morning was also frustratingly slow; at one point around 10 people were waiting, and it took about 10 minutes just to be seated. The rooftop views are amazing, but the design is honestly very awkward and outdated. The pool is at the back with almost no view, when it could easily have been a stunning infinity pool. The bar area felt cheap, and the thick glass panels and wide columns made it hard to enjoy the view or take good photos. The whole rooftop design felt very old-fashioned. Overall, the hotel feels stuck in time. It’s a bit sad, because with such an incredible location, a modern renovation could easily make this one of the best hotels in the world. For the price I paid, I was still satisfied, but it definitely didn’t feel like a true luxury experience.

Foi minha primeira hospedagem em hotel, fui muito bem tratada do início ao fim. As instalações super novas e atemporais. Muito lindo os jardins, tudo muito bem cuidado. A comida impecável, os funcionários te fazem se sentir em casa. Super recomendo.

This property has the potential to be amazing, but it needs a few key updates. The location is fabulous, the staff is excellent, and the restaurant is great both in terms of service and food quality. The room was spacious, and the balcony was unbeatable. If you only speak English, you can get by staying here because all of the staff speak excellent English. We encountered a problem when the showerhead broke off, but the repairman came reasonably quickly to replace it, and he was very polite and not disruptive. We ordered room service, and Dom Rio, the hotel’s restaurant, delivered it quickly. I had the filet which was cooked properly to the correct temperature (medium rare). My fiancé had the alfredo pasta which she liked a lot. The breakfast had a huge selection, and everything tasted good. The only thing keeping this hotel from earning top marks is the general state of much of the decor in the rooms. The curtains look shabby and dirty from moisture, and the wood of the cabinets is warped also. It is very hard to maintain a room that is constantly exposed to salt water and ocean breeze, but the materials chosen have not stood up to age. I would recommend staying here if you are interested in staying in Barra at a nice but reasonably priced hotel, but don’t expect the finest luxury. Expect a very large, fairly clean room with a comfortable bed and an amazing view.
