Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Das perfekte Hotel – aufgrund der Lage – wenn Sie einen langen Aufenthalt zwischen zwei Flügen haben und einfach nur schlafen müssen, oder wenn Sie einen frühen Flug haben und sich den Aufwand ersparen möchten, zu einem nahegelegenen Hotel zu gelangen oder wieder abzureisen. Wenn Sie das bedenken, ist das Hotel perfekt für diesen Zweck. Es ist nicht als Ausgangspunkt gedacht, um Miami oder ähnliches zu erkunden. Die Verwirrung über diesen Unterschied erklärt die meisten der negativen Bewertungen hier. Ja, das Hotel ist etwas älter und könnte modernisiert werden. Trotzdem erfüllt es seinen Zweck – gut. Es geht um die Lage, die Lage, die Lage – am Flughafen.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit einem Publix Supermarkt direkt über den Park (2 Minuten zu Fuß) um einfache Tagesgegenstände oder Snacks zu erhalten. Sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum von Brickell. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig mit schönen Blicken. Das Dachpool ist schön, aber manchmal beschäftigt werden kann, so müssen Sie die Spitzenzeiten vermeiden. Der Fitnessraum ist geräumig mit großer Aussicht auf die Stadt-Skyline. Liebe dieses Hotel und wird sicherlich wieder bleiben!

Fast and quick check in, fully furnished kitchen and clean and spacious apartment. Did not have a chance to explore the facilities within the condo, but a pleasant stay with nothing to nitpick about.

Wir waren in der Stadt für meine Töchter Hochzeit und unsere Familie und Freunde blieben in Ocean Villas. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und renoviert. Wir schätzten wirklich die Strandstühle, die für unsere Verwendung zur Verfügung standen. Deb der Manager war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und für unsere große Gruppe untergebracht. Ich kann nicht genug gute Dinge über Deb und das Personal sagen! Wir werden sicherlich beim nächsten Mal in der Stadt bleiben in Ocean Villas! Ich empfehle dieses Gewürz eines Hotels vollkommen!!!

Das Hotel, das für seine Tochter bestimmt wurde, hat viele Häuser gefunden. Tampa hat dieses Hotel 18 Jahre alt, obwohl Hardware und Inlandswaren nicht vergleichbar sind, aber Gesundheit und Service sind sehr gut. Der Preis ist viel teuer als im Inland und kann im Inland untergebracht werden.

If you wanna skip the long queues and head an hour earlier into the theme park - please booked disney related hotels. This cuts time waiting. Done the tron and dwarf ride within 1hr30 mins. This is when the crowd is starting to trickle in

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Alles ist neu. Zimmer entworfen wie ein Raumschiff.  Wenn Sie im Hotel bleiben, erhalten Sie das Recht für frühen Morgenzugang zu den Parks (wir haben eine Nacht geblieben und haben es für zwei Tage), sofern Sie Tickets für die Parks haben natürlich.

I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!
