"I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu."

"Ich hatte das Sunrise Horizon Zimmer gebucht, da ich die Deko für die Geburtstagsfeier schon geplant hatte. Bei meiner Ankunft sagte mir die Rezeptionistin, mein Zimmer sei nicht im System. Dann hieß es, das Sunrise Horizon sei für den Tag ausgebucht und ich bekäme ein Upgrade auf ein Junior-Zimmer mit Babybett. Ich sagte, ich bräuchte das Babybett nicht, da es die Deko und das Geburtstagsvideo stören würde. Sie meinte, man könne es nicht entfernen. Ätzend. Außerdem funktionierte die Tür nicht richtig. Sie piepte ständig. Als der Techniker kam, um sie zu reparieren, stellte sich am nächsten Tag heraus, dass die Tür nicht einmal mehr mit der Karte geöffnet werden konnte. Echt nervig."

"2nd mal wiederholen. Ich habe Zimmer B03, die Schranke ist sehr dünn im Vergleich zum Zimmer B02. Der Klimaanlage dauert lange, um abzukühlen. Der TV ist sehr gut. Am 12.00 Uhr wird es Personal geben, das auf der Tür viele Male klopft, wenn Sie nicht wieder auschecken. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, FOC. Der Wasserpool ist OK. Es gibt einen Waschplatz.cuckoo Maschine Wasser.Wandern zum Strand.Günstige Preis."

"Gut für einen Halt, bevor Sie den Fähren nach Perhentian Marriott Spa & Resort übernehmen. Sollte für Gäste von Marriott Perhentian ein leichtes Abendessen bieten, da es schwer ist, zu finden, während die Wahlen im Kaffeehaus auch recht begrenzt und preiswert sind. Der Luftkonditionierfilter im Raum klang blockiert, und wird regelmäßige Service benötigen. Bitte entfernen Sie die Holzblind vor der Luftkonditioniereinheit. Es blockiert den richtig effizienten Luftfluss. Die Matten sind bemerkenswerter, unterstützender und bieten bessere Ruhe/Schlafzeit als die von Marriott Perhentian Resort & Spa. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich."

"Outdated and old hotel, but still the best in this location. Good facilities and easy check in process. Brought my kids for swimming, very big pools and friendly staff. Near to Mesra Mall too. If you drive an EV, the hotel doesn’t have EV Charger but u can go to Petronas Rantau with 150kW Gentari on it, just 7km from the hotel. We will come again in the future."

"Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time. They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague."

"Hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier! Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sauber und komfortabel. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre fühlt sich gemütlich und entspannt von dem Moment, in dem Sie eintreten. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt viele Stromsockel, die sehr bequem für die Belastung von mehreren Geräten ist. Der Service war auch ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war freundlich und willkommen, und das Hotel hat sogar lokale Snacks als ein willkommenes Geschenk zubereitet, was so ein bedenkliches Touch war. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem in der Nähe Chinatown mit vielen Speisen und Attraktionen in der Nähe. Es gibt auch eine offene Parkplätze direkt über das Hotel, die Parkplätze einfach und problemlos. Insgesamt war es ein sehr komfortabeler Aufenthalt und ich würde sicher wiederkommen!"
