Had a wonderful 2-night stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront. The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a great bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and professional with smooth check-in and check-out process. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Great value for money and definitely recommend staying here again when visiting Miri.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut und verfügt über neue Einrichtungen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ebenfalls vollständig und umfasst Bügeleisen/-brett, Einwegzahnbürsten, Einwegduschhauben und vieles mehr. Der Service ist ebenfalls gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich. Ein Nachtlokal ist in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet außerdem kostenlose Parkplätze, was super ist! Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Einziger Nachteil: Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht genug. Ansonsten ist es ganz gut. Ich werde bei nächster Gelegenheit auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

The hotel has an old vintage charm, and you can tell it must have had a grand atmosphere during its prime. It mainly features older furnishings, so it’s suitable if you don’t mind that style. The cleanliness is highly commendable, as maintaining older items requires great care. The furniture is well-maintained, sturdy, and fully functional.

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Tolles Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist einfach wunderschön. Kostenloses Gelato bei der Ankunft. Das Hotel ist sauber und geräumig. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer und die Bar auf dem Dach sind alle fantastisch. Einziger Nachteil: Der Pool ist ziemlich klein und nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet.

The location is good, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The air-conditioning and soundproofing are also good. However, the breakfast was rather average. The omelette and scrambled eggs were below average, and the food selection was quite limited. There were also many events being held in the hotel’s function hall during my stay, which made the lobby and dining area quite noisy. The hotel is also very strict about its check-out time. Late check-out beyond 12:30 PM was not allowed. It would be better if the hotel could offer an option to extend the check-out time by an additional hour or two, with an hourly payment option, especially for guests with later flights.Overall, considering the price, I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel Abell Kuching hat vor kurzem eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel bietet einen großen Preis für Geld und befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in war die gesamte Erfahrung reibungslos, angenehm und sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir würden sicher wählen, hier auf unserem nächsten Besuch in Kuching zu bleiben.Zimmerqualität & Reinigung, Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber, gemütlich und gut gepflegt. Das Hausbetreuungsteam tut eindeutig eine fantastische Arbeit, um sicherzustellen, dass alles unspottbar ist, bevor die Gäste ankommen. Das Bett war frisch, die Handtücher waren frisch, und die allgemeine Zimmerumgebung fühlte sich sehr hygienische und komfortabel nach einem langen Tag der Erforschung zu ruhen.Personal & Front Desk Service, Ein großer Schwerpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war das Personal. Das Front Desk Team war unglaublich freundlich, willkommen und professionell. Sie begrüßten uns mit warmen Lächeln und arbeiteten uns schnell mit unserem Einchecken. In unserem Aufenthalt waren sie immer bereit, mit den Hinweisen und lokalen Empfehlungen zu helfen, so dass wir uns zu Hause fühlen.Essen & Zimmerservice. Das Frühstück war absolut lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Optionen, und alles schmeckte frisch und gut vorbereitet. Es war der perfekte Weg, um unsere Morgenstunden zu beginnen. Darüber hinaus bestellten wir Zimmerservice während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Essen kam heiß, die Lieferung war schnell, und der Service wurde mit einer großartigen, freundlichen Einstellung durchgeführt.Minor Problem Sofort gelöst. Der einzige kleine Hiccup, den wir trafen, war ein leichter Drinksauer im Badezimmer, als wir ankamen. Sobald wir das Personal informiert haben, haben sie unverzüglich tätig. Das Wartungsteam hat das Problem vollständig und effizient gelöst, zeigte nur, wie aufmerksam und verantwortlich die Hotelmanagement ist zum Komfort der Gäste.

Room 811, malfunction outdoor A/C unit, only have hot air. Around 9pm no more hot water supply, only have cool water, can't take a bath in the bathtub. Smell dusty carpet. Moved to room 713, everything is fine, just a broken TV screen, and this room only has a shower, no bathtub... Morning breakfast have white rice, mee goreng, chicken hot dog, meat roll, hard chicken kicap and red baked bean. Other row, orange juice, apple juice, warm water and cool water. Another row, croissant, muffin, white bread, golden bread, jam n coffee n tea. N the worst part is the iban female chef or kitchen helper who fry the egg, her dealing bad attitude toward all customer, when order egg, She always said Can u wait?! Don't order if you can't wait!!! Still have five more people order to cook!!! Then the customer ordered, she didn't take note of the order and give the queue number or place the plate in order. She worked in a chaotic state, due to no proper SOP and managing her order or pre making food in order. Need to audit her way to manage order. After I waited 25 min, I goto take my 2 pcs egg order, but she missing 1 pcs egg, when I ask politely can I have another egg order, then she get mad at me, scolding me I didn't order 2 pcs egg at first, but I said I had told her 2 pcs egg before, then she shut up. After I take the egg to my table, I hear she mumbles in Bahasa Iban said that Chinese Pig only knows... then smaller voice I don't know what she said. I turned and I saw no one beside her, definitely not talking to anyone... The whole breakfast time was good, but the staff had a bad attitude and ruined our mood to have a good experience... Suggestion: If the egg cooking station is too hard to manage, just put half boiled eggs and hard boiled egg at there, then make a big batch of scrambled or omelette and put it in a tray. The image of a professional chef preparing the fresh food, is failed by that bad attitude staff. Just save some money from hiring that staff and cook good food for customer.

Ausgezeichnete Gastfreundschaft. Freundlich aber effizient auf Fragen und Bedürfnisse reagiert. Es gibt immer noch Raum für Verbesserungen in der Sauberkeit, Funktionieren & Trockenbad und Toilette. Die heiße & kalte Dusche ist großartig. Die Hindernisse sind TV und WIFI hat schlechte Verbindung .
