Wir blieben im neu renovierten Familienzimmer Greenview. Das Zimmer war nett, dass keine Drachen für den Kleidungstisch und die Nacht so wenig Platz für unsere Artikel setzen, aber das Zimmer war geräumig genug für die vier von uns. Check-in dauerte so lange, wie es eine lange Warteschlange war, so idk was war der Punkt der Vorcheck-in, wenn wir noch eine Warteschlange zu checken. Frühstück hatte eine gute Verbreitung und Vielfalt. Es gibt Brot, Gewürze, malisches Essen, westliches Frühstück, Mi und Omelette Station. Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, um Ihnen einen Tisch zu helfen. Liebe wie wir einen privaten Strand hatten, aber der Poolboden war schmutzig, wie Sie alle Sand auf dem Boden sehen konnten, wie sie nicht schon lange sauber. Die Dusche war auch mit Sand und Wasser geklopft, so dass wir nicht wirklich nach dem Schwimmen am Strand ausspülen können.

Im Pegasus Hotel Shah Alam kürzlich verblieben, als ich ein Seminar am IDCC habe. Die Lage ist bequem mit einfachem Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Geschäften. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, obwohl das Design etwas datiert fühlt. Grundausstattung wurde bereitgestellt und gut funktioniert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich im gesamten Aufenthalt. Insgesamt eine anständige und sehr erschwingliche Option für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Shah Alam.

Bei unserer Ankunft um 15:30 Uhr war die Schlange sehr lang. Der Check-in verlief trotz vier Schaltern schleppend. Wir hatten ein Wasserchalet gebucht. Unser Chalet lag gegenüber einem anderen. Das Fenster war nur notdürftig mit Jalousien verdeckt, und wenn man diese weit öffnete, konnte man die Person im Nachbarchalet sehen. Die Möbel waren alt, aber das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und ein Bügeleisen. Auf dem Fernseher konnte man mit seinem Netflix-Konto Netflix schauen. Die Toilette war riesig und offen. Ein Teil war nicht überdacht, und bei Regen war die Toilette klatschnass. Wenn man das Fenster im Schlafzimmer öffnete, konnte man direkt die Person beim Duschen beobachten 😅😂. Ich fand die Natur innerhalb der Resortanlage wunderschön. Alles war grün und ruhig. Sogar ein Pfau spazierte fröhlich im Resort herum. Jedes Chalet und der Strand hatten einen Namen. Unser Chalet lag in Aceh. Der Streichelzoo hatte zwar nur wenige Tiere, aber genug, um ein Kind glücklich zu machen. Man konnte die Tiere füttern, musste aber das Futter für 5,40 RM kaufen. Es gibt einen großen Swimmingpool (für Erwachsene und Kinder). Das Frühstück war lecker, besonders das Croissant! Es wurde warm serviert. Mir gefällt alles an diesem Resort, außer dem Zimmer. Es kann nachts ziemlich unheimlich sein, vor allem wegen des offenen Badezimmers.

Everything was really good during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. The hotel location was convenient, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy as well. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and was happy with the service provided. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Lexis Port Dickson. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We also enjoyed fishing right from balcony at room, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The buggy service was fast and convenient, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had a great time cycling around the resort it was such an enjoyable way to explore the surroundings. The swimming pool was spacious and not too crowded, which make it very comfortable for the family. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of food choices to suit different tastes. The only downside is that the pool area could be improved for children, as there is no waterslide. Adding some kid friendly playpark at pool would definitely make the resort even better for families with children. Overall, we realy enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recomended for a relaxing family gateway.

My stays when steps inn it was at wet carpet maybe they just come back from poolside... the bedsheet lucky dry and anyway the stays are convenient staycation, walking distance for fine foods is easy just it was quite far from PD town and far from Teluk Kemang. Must have its own transporter to travel. Good stays but the worst breakfast CHEF please improve cooking or else no breakfast. Luckily there have bunch of bread for breakfast cover. I truly enjoyed my stays there will travel again for another staycation. Thank you namastays

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

The location is great--our deluxe 3-room apt was on 8th floor--great views from all rooms,, easy access to the beach & eating places. However, maintenance work needs to be done quickly: 1. Sliding door for the 3rd room is faulty (cannot lock) dangerous for children. 2. Porch railings are rusty n needs replacement--also dangerous if we lean on it. 3. Mug tray isn't cleaned well--must check this. 4. Refrigerator isn't cold enough. I'm sure this resort if well maintained can be first choice for travellers, tqvm

We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Hatte eine tolle Erfahrung während dieser Reise. Fragen Sie unbedingt nach Zimmern mit Blick auf den Pool oder einem Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption. Andernfalls befinden Sie sich in einem Raum, der weiter von allem entfernt ist und Sie viele Treppen benutzen müssen. Nicht kinderwagen- und seniorenfreundlich.
