Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. In der Nähe der Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß für japanische Standards. Auch das inbegriffene Frühstück ist gut, im Vergleich zu anderen Orten dieser Hotelkette in Japan.

We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from. Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath. I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room. So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. Very helpful staff , helpful for booking a reservation at a restaurant and let us use the charger for iPhone. Was very pleased with the service, but was not very happy about the toilet as It did not have the normal Japanese toilet that wash your bottom. The room was a bit out of date!

The onsen is amazing. Extremely convenient location which just 30 second away from railway station. There is bike free for use as well. Some of the staffs can speak English and they are all very helpful and nice. You can enjoy Japanese style breakfast as well. Highly recommended !!!

The double room was ok. The dorm room not so. Double rooms were sold out so we had to book the dorm. There isnt much ventilation in the dorm room, and its set to 25 deg heater, really very warm. Even 26/27 deg air conditioning wouldve still been better. Quite uncomfortable with the heater.

Das Hotel hat seit über hundert Jahren geöffnet. Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas alt sind, ist es immer noch unverfärbt. Die alte Großmutter ist sehr enthusiastisch, um uns einen heißen Tag zu sehen, und ich habe das Eiswasser mit dem Schmuck geliefert. Das Hotel hat auch eine Tee-Suppe, die Männer-Suppe und die Frauensuppe zu trennen. Einer der Lichtpunkte ist, dass Sie eine ausgezeichnete Tasse auswählen können, kostenlose Tee trinken oder Kaffee trinken können. Zwei Lichtpunkte sind Karten mit alten Gegenständen zu fotografieren. Drei Lichtpunkte sind mit Brot, Gemüse und Salat am Morgen. Nach dem Abendessen ist es eine gute Unterkunft, die Wu-hong-Dörfer in 200 Meter entfernt ist.

Не очень удобно идти от станции с чемоданом (особенно в дождь), так как отсутствует тротуар и приходится идти вдоль дороги по неровным плитам. Хороший японский завтрак. Персонал не говорит на английском, но все очень дружелюбные. Иностранцев они явно не часто видят.

A very good family-friendly hotel in Nice with a great location! Dinner and breakfast were fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!
