Ausgezeichneter Service je!!!! .. sehr empfohlen Hotel in Palembang.. Wir sind in einem Abend angekommen, die Sicherheit hat ein gutes Servicewissen, helfen Sie uns anzurufen Bellboy und bringen unsere Gepäck in die Lobby. der Kundenservice sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe eine Menge Überzeugung und höchste Service von ihnen. das Zimmer Das sauberste Hotelzimmer je. Wir haben ein Verbindungszimmer. Der Pool ist klein, aber keine Sorgen Kinder haben viel Glück spielen. Letzte, aber nicht weniger.. Die Wahl ist nicht so viel wie ich, aber es genügt, um einen von der sauren Geschmackfutter bis zum Schönheit zu schmecken.. Vielleicht nächstes Mal, wenn ich zurückkommt Palembang, wird dieses Hotel Agai wählen.. Danke all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets
Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

KKADHIRVELANDas Zimmer ist sehr schön, die Aussicht ist erstaunlich, das Essen ist schön, das Personal ist besonders freundlich auf dem Frühstücksbereich, war hier für Bussiere oder Familienfreude und war immer glücklich mit dem Service, wird hier wieder nächstes Mal bleiben.

RRanopThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay.
However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience.
Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

LliliycBooked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping.
Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it.
It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom.
Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer.
Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
