This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauber, geräumige Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Für mich persönlich war dies das beste Hotel, in dem ich auf meiner gesamten Reise durch Indonesien und Malaysia übernachtet habe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Bumi Surabaya City Resort befindet sich an einem bequemen Ort in der Stadt. Hotelpersonal war freundlich und willkommen. Die drei Restaurants in der Nähe dieses Hotels sind eine hervorragende Idee. Man könnte von einem Tisch lokaler Freude, japanischer Küche und internationaler Küche genießen. Einrichtungen wie Fitnesscenter, Pool, Spa und Lobbyraum waren alles gut. Dieses Hotel passt sowohl für Familien- als auch für Alleinreisende.

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

Indonesien bietet relativ erschwingliche Preise, die uns ermöglichen, ein so schönes Hotel zu genießen ohne zu viel zu verbringen. Mit einem Einkaufszentrum direkt unten für Komfort, wir wünschen wirklich, dass wir länger bleiben können, wenn die Zeit erlaubt.

Es hat im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt, allerdings weiß ich nicht ob irgendwo ein swimmingpool war den ich sonst Benutzung hatte wenn ich nicht durch ein Plaster daran gehindert gewesen wäre.. Sehr freundlichen Personal mit außreichend Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Leider war auch zuviel Wasser I'm Toilettenkadten der auch nach zwei Reparaturen immer noch überlief. Das bei einem sonst sehr reichhaltig Frühstück der Cappucino extra kostet muss nicht sein. Aber alles Kleinigkeiten. Der freundliche Service und kostenloses Parken des Scooters auch für Gäste war schon gut.

Dieses Hotel ist für Harris’ Niveau ziemlich günstig. Es gibt Pool, Fitnessraum und Kinderspielplatz. Das Zimmer ist nicht so geräumig, sondern sehr komfortabel für zwei Personen. Ich bat um Eisen und sie haben es sehr schnell in mein Zimmer geliefert. Sie könnten besser für das Restaurant, Aufzug, und das Toilette keine Bidet Dusche also ein wenig kämpfen für Kinder (Ich hatte ein Gäste mit Kindern kommen).

Super gute Lage. 5min zu Fuß zum Tunjungan Mall, der beste n größte Mall in Surabaya. Nahezu viele gute Restaurants. Die Sachen waren freundlich. Alles scheint neu n sauber. Bett ist komfortable n nicht zu weich. Nur zu meinem Lieben. Das Frühstück serviert meist traditionelle lokale Lebensmittel n einige internationale Auswahl, nicht zu viele Sorten, aber ok für meinen 2-Nacht-Übernachtung.
