Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is good. Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though.

Ich war in einigen 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels. Aber das ist es, von dem ich bisher am meisten beeindruckt bin! Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, die Qualität des Zimmers und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sind unglaublich! Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen, wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Surabaya bin!

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and well-maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

The Hotel have not been up grade since took over from HYATT. The table lamp is not working, chairs are dirty and upholstery are stained. TV is small and limited programs. Corridor carpet is dirty and the lamp shape is chipped. We love the Breakfast - wide selection , great food and serve in outdoor garden setting. 

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauber, geräumige Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Für mich persönlich war dies das beste Hotel, in dem ich auf meiner gesamten Reise durch Indonesien und Malaysia übernachtet habe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Booked for my friend, she brings her husband and her daughter. Her daughter very sureprised with their hospitality, every staff are welcome and give their big smile. The pool and jacuzy was so good, the room quite comfort but she said the breakfast should be improve for the taste.

Puas sekali menginap di sini. Staf nya responsif sangat ramah. Untuk kamarnya cukup luas, bawa anak2 ke sini seneng banget karena luas. Suasananya cukup sejuk dan pemandangannya juara apalagi pas di kolam renangnya. Detil kecil yang membuat saya memberi bintang 5 adalah tempat sampahnya. Tempat sampah di kamar dimasukkan dalam kotak kayu yg tertutup dan cukup berat jika dimainkan anak2. Ini sangat2 menolong apalagi yg punya anak kecil hobi eksplor apa saja. Makasi yaa Agro, semoga suatu saat kami dapat berkunjung kembali

Wörter können nicht die Güte, Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und, freundlichkeit des Personals beschrieben. Das Frühstück war einfach lecker und bietet eine Menge von Vielfalt. Wir hatten den wunderschönsten Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber. Genügend nahe zum Flughafen :)
