Nice clean hotel. Parking was full but you can use the whalebridge multi story car park a 3 minute walk away, it was free on my visit due to Internet issues I believe so saved another few pounds. Do not use spring gardens muti story next to the hotel, it's not overnight parking I was told by the hotel . 👍

Absolutely awful experience. The room was spacious and clean. That's it for the niceties. The shower leaked, the waste drain was blocked so it flooded the bathroom. The aircon didn't work well so it was hotter than the sun meaning I woke with a headache. The tea and coffee was missing sugar. Breakfast now. What a disaster!!! There wasn't any food for over 30 minutes and that was at 9am. The drinks machines worked but there were no cups or glasses. No plates or cutlery but there wasn't any food so no actual drama. When the food came out, it was a mad free for all with ”other nationalities” taking enough food each to feed a small country whilst everyone else just waited again. I eventually ate at 10.30 but that was 2 rashers of bacon, a tiny sausage and some flavourless beans. I wish I'd booked somewhere else

Standardized quality as a well-known chain hotel brand. Spacious room, hot shower, free hot drink machine and free microwave oven available at lobby, free delicious cooked breakfast.

Dieses Hotel hat hohe Standards für Reinigung und Service konsequent. Am bitter kalten Wochenende war das Zimmer ganz warm. In der Tat sehr komfortabel bed und keine Notwendigkeit für zusätzliches Bett. 2 kleine Fragen. Die Kissen waren etwas schlank, aber schön und das Restaurant serviert nicht Abendessen für unsere Liebe, aber insgesamt ausstehend !!! Ich kann nicht warten, um zurückzukehren.

ALCON, Ich war sehr glücklich mit meinem Aufenthalt, während der Inspektion- im Personal war sehr freundlich und beantwortete alle meine Fragen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön nur ein kleines Problem ist, dass Zimmer nicht für die Antrieb von Handys eingerichtet, empfehlen Sie das Desk für Anlagen, so dass Touristen können dort Telefone angetrieben. Während meiner 12 Tage in vier anderen ähnlichen Standorten geblieben, war Ihre Einrichtung die einzige ohne Adapter für Mobiltelefongebühr. Ihre Lebensmittel unten waren großartig, besonders genossen Fisch und Chips. In einem ganz großen Aufenthalt werde ich DE endlich wieder sehr genossen mein Aufenthalt mit Ihnen,

A good place to stay except water pressure of shower still leaves much to be desired. Will like to come back and see if it gets improved in the future!

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms which inc a dinner package. We had a very warm lovely welcome by the receptionist who was extremely helpful. Our room was not as clean as we would have expected which was a shame but it was nice to have a room with 2 double beds. The handle on one of the bathroom doors was faulty so we had to leave it open when using the bathroom. We had booked the dinner package and booked our table in advance for 7pm. I understand that they were quite busy that evening but unfortunately we still didn't get our food order taken until 8pm. The kids got their meals soon after but the adult main meals didn't arrive until 9pm. It was a long time for us to wait when our children were getting restless and tired. We also by that point felt it was too late to eat and didn't finish our meals. We did speak to the manager and eventually they did compensate for the long wait so we appreciated that. Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice and good timings for breakfast. The swimming area needs a bit of a refurb. Even though there is lots of space it just needs a bit of TLC and a refresh. Other than the few items mentioned we still had a lovely stay with family The receptionists were exceptional and every understanding. They even spoke to us the following day to apologise about the issue with the dinner. We wouldn't let it stop us from staying there again.

Schöne und schöne Umgebung. Viel zu wählen von zum Frühstück. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind nett, aber es gibt einen Mann, der nicht so nett ist, wie er spricht und Fragen beantwortet. Es gibt zwei Glas im Badezimmer, das ist gut, aber wenn Sie ein Glas im Zimmer trinken möchten, bringen sie Ihnen immer noch die gleiche Art von Glas zu. Ich denke, sie sollten unterschiedliche Glasformen für verschiedene Zwecke haben. Auch einige der Teebecher sind zu groß und sind überhaupt nicht klassisch.

Englische Häuser und englische Treppen eignen sich nicht für großes Gepäck, um nach oben zu gelangen. Englisches Frühstück ist in Ordnung, kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, das Geschäft ist groß genug. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist ruhig.
