Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief schnell und effizient und das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt und bot alles, was ich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchte. Das kostenlose Frühstück war eine nette Geste, mit einer anständigen Auswahl an Optionen, um den Tag zu beginnen. Ich schätzte auch die günstige Lage, von der aus man die umliegenden Gebiete leicht erreichen konnte. Insgesamt war es eine komfortable und problemlose Erfahrung und ich würde in Betracht ziehen, in Zukunft wieder hier zu übernachten.

Das Zimmer ist besonders englisch, die Adresse ist sehr weich, hat eine schwarze, eine schwarze, trockene Trennung, das Zimmer ist groß genug. Das Hotel ist auf der High-Speed-Straße, nicht in der Stadt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wütend!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gründlich genossen und wurde von der hervorragenden Kundenservice beeindruckt. Von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstücksteam, das Personal bietet warme und freundliche Gastfreundschaft. Besonders dank Murahi, Rohitha, Mellon, George und Joel für ihren hervorragenden Service und für das Gefühl, dass mein Aufenthalt wie ein 5-star Erlebnis ist. Ich freue mich auf die Rückkehr für einen weiteren Aufenthalt!

The hotel is decent. Would have been great if the room came with a mini fridge, slippers and bath robes as they do have swimming pool / sauna and jacuzzi. But all in all it’s a decent hotel for the price

Spectacular stay as always, I upgraded to a balcony a room and we weren’t disappointed. Amazing views of the harbour, beach and the white cliffs of Dover on the large balcony. At night it was lovely clear skies and we could see France from our balcony. Room was a great size with homely furniture and furniture for the balcony too. All clean and up to a high standard. Beach and harbour is just a 2 minute walk across the road. Bar and restaurant yet again superb! I went with a dog and had no problems getting meals. Staff as always super polite and helpful they are a credit to the hotel! Highly recommend The Grand Burstin to anyone!

Die Lage war ideal, das Frühstück war großartig. Gemeinsame Bereiche und Service waren großartig, Ness dauerte die Zeit, Attraktionen und Restaurants zu empfehlen und war sehr nett. Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm, aber wäre besser, wenn sie größer waren.

There aren’t that many hotel options in Tunbridge Wells and this hotel, albeit on the edge of town has parking. It’s a bit dated, looks like a retirement home, but clean and the room was of a good size. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options in the buffet. I didn’t use the bar and there was a function that finished at midnight during one of the (weekend) nights I stayed. There was noise from that but it didn’t bother me that much and the music finished in the outdoor area on time.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber schön und kürzlich renoviert. Das Bett war komfortabel, alles sauber, schmackhafter Tee, wenig Kühlschrank, wunderschöner Meerblick, erstaunliche Lage, alle notwendigen Einrichtungen (außer Duschecke). Der Wasserdruck war gut, nur die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war nicht für hohe Leute. Das Einsteigen ins Zimmer ohne Aufzug ist eine Katastrophe, Sie müssen Ihre Wege finden und nicht verloren zu gehen. Aufzug ist oft beschäftigt, so ist es ziemlich problematisch, ins Zimmer zu kommen und schnell zurück. Parken war kostenlos und bequem. Wäre sicher zurück kommen)

Freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit allem was nötig ist. Restaurantpersonal hilfreich und gutes Frühstück.
