I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made travel extremely convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and all the basic amenities. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Die Lage ist direkt hinter dem Bahnhof von Brighton, also sehr günstig für die Verkehrsanbindung und etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Ich blieb eine Nacht und habe nicht gefrühstückt, obwohl es verfügbar ist. Es liegt in der Nähe von Geschäften, Pubs und Restaurants Sie machen den kurzen Spaziergang durch den Bahnhof!

Der Service ist für Apartment-Verhältnisse gut, was sich von einem Hotel unterscheidet. Die Lage ist jedoch recht gut. Das Zimmer, das ich gebucht habe, hatte eine große Grünfläche, als ich das Fenster öffnete. Es ist sehr schön. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, es ist sehr praktisch. Es fühlt sich wie das Zentrum an.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und perfekt. Wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Ich persönlich fand die Matratze sehr hart und brauchte zusätzliche Pilze zu verwenden, um zu unterstützen und zu bringen Komfort zu meinem Rücken. Andernfalls wäre ich froh, wieder zu bleiben. Die Service durch das Personal war freundlich, aber haben von anderen Hotels in der Gegend freundlicher und willkommener erlebt. Ich würde das Hotel 8/10 geben.

Das war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand. Ich war allein und fühlte mich sehr sicher in der Gegend. Die Straße war ruhig, aber die Fenster waren gut geräuschdicht, ich konnte nicht einmal Autos draußen hören! Danke, ich werde sicher hier wieder bleiben.

Das Hotel ist super gut, das Zimmer ist groß, sehr sauber, zwei Schritte zum Strand und Busbahnhof, etwas von der Bahnhofsstation entfernt, aber im Allgemeinen ist es sehr ruhig und komfortabel. Der empfohlene Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker. Es gibt auch viele kleine Getränke, Liebe.

Nice flat great location close to beach and shops and restaurants , not so easy to find due to works going on where your are told to turn says taxi and buses only , says parking available on description but doesn’t mention extra cost which is disappointing as it does bump up the price and should inform that there is an extra charge also charge by day not by night so extra £60 for 2 nights , instructions for space weren’t clear had to call and a car was in the space , both showers not great hard to get temperature right and the en suite one was broken the attachment was broken so we didn’t use , there are a lot of stairs over 4 flights(77) apparently but that isn’t mentioned wasn’t an issue for us but If you have young children or elderly people or lots of luggage could be an issue, overall great location and a nice spacious flat

Reserviert ziemlich spät und was ein wenig gefunden! Perfekte Lage am Meeresfront, das Frühstück hatte viele Variante und war sehr schmackhaft. Zimmer moderne und komfortable Betten. Pool, Sauna und Fitness gut ausgestattet. Nur ein kleines Problem war das Fehlen des Hotelparks - aber wir konnten einen in der Nähe finden und unsere Taschen im sicheren Zimmer verlassen, bevor wir anmelden.

We've been staying at this hotel for years, the hotel is right on the seafront and adjacent to the Lanes so its perfectly located. If you can't get into the hotel car park then there is an inexpensive car park right next door. The hotel is very old and quirky in places and there are lots of public spaces on the ground floor where you can chillax away from others if you want. The restaurant is good value and the buffet style breakfasts offer loads of choices. The staff are always very helpful and attentive. Given where it is and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms its great value for money.
