We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! ✅ Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. They also helped us register our car for free parking, which was a great bonus. 🛏️ Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning was customisable and worked flawlessly throughout the stay, adding to our comfort. 🧴 All the toiletries were fully stocked and ready to use — a small but thoughtful touch. 🕛 One thing we really appreciated was the 12 PM checkout time, which is later than many other hotels. It gave us extra time to relax and pack without feeling rushed. 🛍️ The location is super convenient — just a 5-minute walk to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping easy. 🔌 Another highlight was the electric vehicle charging available in the hotel parking, which was exactly what we needed. 💷 Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with great service and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed 3 nights so that we could visit family and friends in the area. Booked a twin room which had adequate space for 2 of us and separate area with small table and chairs if needed. Beds were comfortable and the room was warm (once I was shown how to activate the heating) Unfortunately the bathroom was very cold as the hotel boiler needed repair so the radiator wasn’t working. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is quite dated and in need of an upgrade which is on the planning. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I realised I’d left my own personal pillow on the bed. They tracked it down and a friend collected for me the next day. Definitely stay agin when next in the area.

I had a lovely 2-night stay at the Hyatt Centric Cambridge. The hotel was very clean, and the room was well-equipped with amenities such as still water, milk, coffee, tea, a mini fridge, an iron, and an ironing table. A standout feature was the complimentary 24-hour Whippet bus tickets provided on our first day, which made getting around Cambridge easy. The hotel is about 15 minutes by bus from the city centre and conveniently located near a large Sainsbury’s. Another great feature was the in-room entertainment. You can easily broadcast your phone to the TV by connecting to the hotel’s Wi-Fi, allowing you to watch your favourite shows on apps like Netflix seamlessly. The customer service was excellent. When I arrived early to drop off my luggage, they generously offered me a free early check-in at 9:30 AM instead of the usual 3 PM. On my last day, I unfortunately became unwell after brunch at the hotel restaurant. The hotel handled the situation professionally, issuing a full refund for the meal. To further assist, they kindly provided additional bus tickets to help make my journey home more comfortable. Overall, despite this incident, I was very impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness, amenities, and exceptional service. I would still recommend Hyatt Centric Cambridge for a pleasant and well-managed stay.

Amazing hotel, wonderful spa zone, very welcoming staff, free parking. Had an espresso machine and 2 bathrooms in our room, also 2 doors and 2 tvs, access to private open terrace, jacuzzi bathtub (though it wasn’t working) and many many other things. Check out is before 12. Loved our stay!

Die Bahnhofsstation ist kostenlos. Die Züge sind häufig verfügbar und es dauert 7 Minuten, um Cambridge zu erreichen. Lovation wise es könnte sogar besser sein als irgendwo in Cambridge Outside zu bleiben. Frühstück war wirklich nett, aber Hotel/Zimmer ist ein bisschen überholt und braucht eine Renovierung. dennoch ist es ein guter Ort für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

The room was clean and pleasant, with everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. However, I had expected it to be closer to Cambridge city centre, and finding the location hotel was a bit confusing. Overall, it seems particularly well-suited for students, given the range of amenities provided.

Die Eincheckung war reibungslos. Der Empfangsmann war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Lage, entfernt von der Hügel und Büsten des Stadtzentrums, aber sehr nah zu pop in und aus, wenn es nötig. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit im Holiday Inn Peterborough. Ich würde es jeden Tag empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage, ein lokales Familienrestaurant ist in der Nähe. Zimmerpreis ist sehr wettbewerbsfähig! 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum, aber nur 5-7 Minuten Fahrt zum Nene Park, das ist großartig. Die Zimmerrenovierung und das Frühstücksbuffet sind die gleichen wie andere Holiday Inn Express. Es wird erwartet, dass die Lebensmittelqualität und konsistent. Der Duschewasserdruck war nicht sehr stark, aber immer noch akzeptabel.

Es liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Da wir viel Gepäck haben, ist es eine gute Wahl, nahe beieinander zu bleiben. Obwohl sich direkt vor dem Fenster Bahngleise befinden, ist die Schalldämmung sehr gut und es gibt keinerlei Beeinträchtigungen. Vor der Tür des Hotels hält ein Bus, der direkt ins Zentrum von Cambridge fährt, was für die Reise bequemer ist. Unten im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant und im Bahnhof ein Costa, aber es gibt keine anderen kommerziellen Einrichtungen in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist relativ komfortabel und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Fabulous stay in a great location. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite.and the rooms have everything you could possibly wish for. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and quality items available. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning.
