Nice clean modern comfortable practical  Good pricing. The staff were friendly and happy to share information or help in anyway  All the shops for coffee food and snacks right next door. Bus service 100 meters away  It now my go to for stays in the ACT

A lovely place to stay. Very quiet and the staff were very helpful friendly and courteous.  The room was excellent there is however no in room coffee or tea facilities which was a shame.

Liegt im ZENTRUM von Canberra und bietet gute Verkehrsanbindung. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Bad. Obwohl die Ausstattung alt war, war es sehr kostengünstig. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen. Zur Straße hin gibt es unten einen CLUB. Nachts ist es manchmal etwas laut, aber die meiste Zeit ist es ruhig. Frühmorgens wachten Vögel vor dem Fenster auf und die ökologische Umgebung war sehr gut.

Great hotel. Two big towers of rooms, great views from the windows. Wi-Fi is good. Everything very clean. The light rail (tram) is right outside so it's easy to get around. There's a small convenience store and a takeaway place right next door but otherwise you need to take the tram up or down the track to get food. No complaints at all. I was booked four nights but extended to stay longer.

Anything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!

State of art hotel, spacious room and king bed for small family, 5-star friendly service. Cinema and wine bar at ground floor, convenient for entertainment at night. Breakfast included in our stay, choose any ala carte from the menu, and kid eats free!

Excellent stay, place was new and clean. Apartment came with a washing machine, a kitchen set and an oven. Toilets were pristine, location was awesome and service was great. Highly satisfied

It’s nice and peaceful place. Friendly staff. A bit too far away from the centre. The view from balcony was pretty.
