hotel reservation system not working properly, and if you want to reserve room via phone they tell you that you have to do it online or they all booked anyways is not. Or if you get confirmation from booking and if you will not come till 8 pm they will not give you room. Bad experience several times not recommending this hotel.

Hotel con aspecto exterior decadente pero que sorprende positivamente en su interior. Las habitaciones están renovadas ( al menos la nuestra 111). Amenitis muy correctas y de buen gusto. Sin duda, aconsejo este hotel de Banska Bystrita de ubicación privilegiada (a 2 minutos a pie del centro).
